It took me 4 months to get myself to attend the first session after the masterclass. And another 2 months to become a Legend! Since then, there's no looking back! Sakshi and CBH showed me a side of me that I didn't know existed. After becoming a Legend, I discovered my goals, redefined my passions, and realigned my energies to a richer higher version of myself! She showed me a side of the world that I never explored. Sakshi taught me to take ownership of my life, my happiness, and change my life as I knew it. The sheer love, support, and unconditional love that this community continuously bestows upon its every member is incomparable! Sakshi is the epitome of positivity and a powerhouse of energy that I will fall back upon at my lowest, and pray for at my highest 😍 This community, the coaches, and the fam jam are my source of happiness! I attended this lady's masterclass. I would suggest just attend her masterclass and forget the rest.
The rest is all showmanship and pushing the sale of leadership course and retreat.
She keeps talking about that. That really can put you off.
. My friend took the course despite my advising against it and later confirmed my impression in the masterclass.
She capitalises on desperation. Ironically pushes people to spend more money on her course and retreat when thet are looking for jobs and need the money! Need to spend some lakhs in her Leadership course while they are looking for jobs? Not ideal.

She was extremely rude with me during the weekly call. She may be a branding coach that does not mean the people who attend her course are inferior to her.
We came to learn something and upskill. She needs to know how to respect.

My camera was off because I was ill and she shouted on the call " You people have chalta hain attitude. You people are not serious." Excuse me?!!! How dare you?
We paid for the session and we are adults and are working in senior positions. Who does she think she is to shout like that? And she went on and on about it for at least a couple of minutes like as if she is a school principal disciplining children!

People can have genuine reasons for not switching on cameras. Fine, you may be sick too and you still switched on camera and are talking. Well that's your job. So it's understandable. There are people who are coping with multiple things and are also signing up for your course to learn something and not to be shouted at publicly in front of others for stupid things like switching off camera. Have the decency to first ask and be respectful yourself. Who do you think you are? Just because you call yourself India's leading branding coach and you hold "Retreats" with some celebrities does not entitle you to shout disrespectfully at people in your sessions. They are equal to you or even above you but just may not have the same skills as you.

Also, during the session what was most unprofessional was the repeated talking to someone else by switching off the mic, and especially when a person started getting vulnerable and describing his feelings she cut him because someone was in her room talking to her!

She repeatedly did that. During the session she repeatedly switched off mic and was talking to someone about the fan about her food and acting overall like a celebrity. Now THAT was not being serious and being completely unprofessional. If it's a session be focused on the session and people. And don't just sweet talk and keep cutting off.
So FIRST learn soft skills yourself and then teach.

At first you are very sweet and after people pay and start attending your sessions you show your true colours! PRACTISE WHAT YOU PREACH!
My experience with her, well she is like any other coach who has a larger than life self image of herself and is egoistic even if it hides behind a soft voice initially. Also, immediately after you purchase the Leadership course they start pushing you to buy the Legends course. Immediately!

Even without completing the very first course that you paid for and waiting for feedback from that. Oh and she also sells the Retreat also immediately in the very first session with sweet talk again without completing the Leadership first session itself and waiting to see how people feel about it. A softspoken (only in the masterclasses) sweet talking sales person. She is ideal for the Mumbai glamour struck film crowd.

Not someone I would trust at all.
I just got to know her teacher is Siddharth Rajashekar.

More than Half of the stuff she teaches is from him.
So better join Siddharth's course and learn from him. He's so humble and down to earth.
