Ordered package on Monday. It came on Tuesday email to Sala very quick response. Phone sent on Tuesday received notification they had received it on Wednesday am paid money out Wednesday tea time. The reason for this is because you submitted your device to us as NEW, when the device was showing multiple signs of usage. We are certain you submitted this dishonestly in order to obtain a higher quoted price.
We were not offering a price for used iPhone 12 Mini as we do not require this model and they are not in demand for us. This is the reason why we did not want to purchase your phone. Had it of been NEW, like you submitted, we would have bought this at the agreed price.
I believe you did speak to a member of our CS team who advised your £20 payment was not showing on our side and you have been asked to confirm the details it was sent to.
