I was a bit sceptical I ordered a 7.5 wide as sometimes 7 can be a bit small . They took 2 weeks to arrive it is a Chinese company. They are really comfortable and a good fit 7 would have been fine will probably order another pair. Several people have asked where I got them.

Wish I had seen these reviews on this company before I had sent for the shoes. Arrived very poor quality and far too oversized. Tried to get in touch for a return label it came by Evri delivery service but cannot go back via them have to pay postage to China. They offered to a part refund to keep them disgusting they have you over a barrel along with all your details. SCAM

The advert on Facebook shows Sketchers Archfit Sandals that retail at around £75. If you look on the Saleshoes website the sandals are not there, just a pair very much like them without the Archfit logo. It is a scam site.
The shoes you get will not be the product in the video but a cheap version, probably not worth the discounted price that you pay.

I wish I had seen the warnings about this company. Clarkson Shoes have identified RH Shoes as a scam company. SO WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPERATING. How do we get a refund on the rubbish footwear they sell. The products look good in the pictures but are very small for the size ordered and dreadful materials used.

The shoes arrived but were far too small we have been offered a 30% refund and we can keep the useless shoes
To return them for a full refund to China is over £16, with no guarantee that they will get there or be accepted if they do. (According to the wording in their email)
I would suggest you don’t buy from them. We wouldn’t have had we realised we were buying directly from China, but I thought we were dealing with an English company from their web address.

Stay away from from these robbers you won't receive the goods but they will argue you did,be warned!!

saw this ad on facebook. did not click on the link in the ad. typed their web into google browser came up as insecure site.advised that credit card details could be stolen by hackers. went back to facebook and reported ad as a fake or scam. i am waiting their response.
do not under any circumstances use this website.

Not even worth 1 star, fake products received boots today not only the wrong size but of very poor quality.
Never shop here DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Fake advertising, I am going down routes to report them through trading standards.

Miss trusted seller. Facebook advert with fake reviews.
Received items, from China, which have same pictures on Aliexpress for a third of the price.
Ignored my email, so raised complaint with PayPal.
Seller came back with partial refund, and advising we need to pay postage and return to China.
Still in dispute.

Where is my order......can find no way to contact you
And no advice on my order at all but the money was taken out of my bank account immediate. Am in contact with my bank and tell them I have been sctammed.
I have received my shoes today 25 April...they are rubbish..cheap, don't fit well, not what I expected.

Wish I'd recognised this before putting thro'online order. Rang my bank immediately when no auto e mail confirmation came thro & although transaction is "pending"- the bank cannot remove it & not honour the charge on my cr card. How can one contact this co to cancel an order & get refund.?, Can find NO contact info anywhere. Must wait if /until "goods" arrive to challenge quality but expecting the worst. If FB are aware why is nothing done to remove them from their platform ? it shouldnt be rocket science. !!!!!

Absolutely scam company. Ordered boots and never received. Sent me an email telling it is in some national delivery hub in my local town-we don't have such a hub.

I bought grey flat knee high boots and was so excited to get them and when I did they were all rolled up in a plastic bag and absolutely awful I wore them a couple of times and there was no shank in the heel to soul and I was walking on the inside of my heels they were a nightmare very badly made I was really upset as I really thought with the name Clark’s behind them they would be great NEVER again I would really like my money back though as I feel I’ve been had.

Poor Quality/poor customer service. Bought a pair of sandals. Awful quality and wish to return them. Dye from shoe on the sole/side of shoe which looks dreadful. No response from the company regarding the method of return - have emailed twice. No phone number on website either.

Absolute plastic rubbish. Wide fit so-narrow. Nothing like photo. Their refund isa scam. You have to pay postage which is as much
as rubbish received. Something else advertised on Facebook and a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This company is advertising on Instagram as a Clarks discounted shoe site. (I have screenshots)
I paid £25 and got sent a bag of paper thin rubbish. They then offer you a p*ss poor refund (10% or 20%) knowing you won't or can't be bothered to send them back to China, even though they illegally sold them under false pretenses.
How can we stop this? This is ILLEGAL.

I was very surprised at how comfortable these are. They also don't flop around as much as normal flip flops do, they conform and stay with the foot more as I walk. However, the color is not exactly as shown in the picture, it's more of gray than shiny silver. They're still my favorite pair which I bought to wear indoors but I think I'll get another pair to wear out.

This is my second pair. The last pair I wore just about every single day, at home before leaving the house, at least, but many times I wore them out and about everywhere I went. I wore them so much and doing many different things on various terrain til they were so thin I thought they’d break at any moment but they held up! The straps stayed strong! I’ve had foamy type shoes before but the straps weren’t sturdy and easily ripped in two. These were very durable, and the most comfortable I have ever worn. I couldn’t wait to get a new pair, after I went 6 days without them! Not because they broke, but due to my leaving them behind.

I love these flip flops, I order a new pair every year as I wear them to work, and use my last years for around the house, they are super comfy, fit perfect, I won't wear any other kind.....
