Just received trainers . Look like a platform trainer on the ad photo. Definitely not a platform. They are cheaply made with no support as advertised and very wide so look awful on.

Do not go anywhere near this company. The shoes I bought are absolute rubbish. I feel so stupid that I bought on a whim and didn't check them out first! I also think that Facebook should check these fraud companies out before they're aloud to trade on their platform! Shame on them!!

Ordered clothes in February and has heard nothing since. SCAM company?

Very comfortable sandal with support and relieved my ailments, love this shoe so much, I will buy another color again.
Shipping to the UK took 9 days, well worth the wait.

The quality of the shoes is very good, I love the sandals I purchased, I wear them all the time, had a great holiday. I would buy again and highly recommend.

Ordered shoes on 4th March order No j00217330. Not received, no confirmation and website not available

Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
Arrived today not the colour ordered and disgusting quality for amount paid.

I ordered shoes via Facebook on 25th Feb and received an email to say they had been shipped on 28th February and they have not arrived!!

Ordered a pink pair of sandals ,they sent red.
Arrived in plastic bag looking cheap and crumpled.

This company- not sure whether to bother contacting them. Shoes look cheap and the laces are laughable- 2 bits of ‘leather’. Complete waste of money and time waiting for them ( took 4 weeks to arrive). Saw them advertised on Facebook - beware!

My daughter ordered these boots paying extra for quick delivery which was a complete waste of her money.Boots arrived late squashed into a plastic bag with no receipt/returns info inside.They look absolutely horrendous and we're not the colour she ordered either.I sent company a message and was offered a 10pc discount to keep the boots or send back to China at hefty cost.Buyer BEWARE.This company is a SCAM

Ordered boots 2nd Jan 2023, money taken out of bank 4th Jan. It is now 2nd Feb and no sign of boots or any replies to e mails. Complete scam!!!

Again I'm posting another review about this company regarding the boots I need to return.Ive just received a reply exactly the same as other replies saying 20 per cent refund or they will supply a return address but the freight is expensive.This is a scam and needs investigating.Ive lost £35 and still have the boots.Avoid buying from them at all costs!!

Very poor. Should have read this space first.Like an idiot I paid extra £7.99 for quick delivery !!! 3 weeks! When the boots arrived they were shocking, hard and made of plastic, nothing like the picture!
I asked how to refund and this was their reply :
“ Dear Customer,
Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item.
If the item does not reach your expectations, you can return it for exchange or refund.
Or would you like to accept a 20% refund and keep the item? We can apply for it.
If you choose to return, we will provide you the return address, but you need to pay for the expensive freight.
Returns are not a good deal for either party. We hope you can understand.
Thank you for your support.

I live in Shropshire UK, so take it from me DON’T touch these people with a barge pole! A load of swindlers / scammers.

I won’t be ordering ever again 😡

Had to press 1 star to be able to write a review. Otherwise I wouldn't have. Total scam. No email confirmation. Money came straight out of my account. No boots were sent. BEWARE!!!

A scam company who advertised leather waterproof boots and sent cheap plastic ones from China.
They have refused to give me a refund unless I send the cheap boots back to China . I refuse to waste more money as they are not fit for purpose . I will pursue this as their advert is still on Instagram so will be scamming many more people.
Avoid!

This company is a scam . Avoid.
