Absolutely love this service
Absolutely love this service! I've been using it regularly every 4-6 weeks for a couple of years and it's great. I recently wanted to change my colour and they have helped me so much, I absolutely love it!

Tried to pay this 4 times
Tried to pay this 4 times, kept saying it needed my bank to verify but a message never sent to bank for me to approve. Very frustrating. Had to get someone else to pay it.

We understand how inconvenient it must have been to try multiple times without receiving the bank verification message, and we appreciate your patience in getting it resolved.
Please check your card to ensure it hasn't expired, or if it's a brand new card then you would need to verify it with your bank first before using it.
If you ever run into anything like this again, please feel free to contact us directly on 020 8655 0444 so we can help straight away.
In the meantime I have turned off the automatic renewal for next year, as you have said that somebody else has paid for your premium. This means that we won't try to automatically collect the payment from the card used next year.

I have been with Salon Gold for the entirety of my mobile hairdressing career and have recently moved house. After making my insurers aware of this I get an email saying I need to pay a £10 “admin fee” to change my address! I called to say, as a long standing customer, I found the admin fee a stretch and asked if this could be waved! I was met with a “policy” so I asked if I cancelled my policy and set up a new one at my new address would I incur the admin fee? To which I was told NO! Madness! I poked a hole in their policy but that landed on deaf ears! I have cancelled my policy and received a refund and have gone with a competitor! What a useless money grabbing company! I mean £10 for a 30 second admin task? Do me a favour!

Everybody is seeking validation!
To be honest, I'm only writing this review to shut Trust Pilot up. If I do it, they might leave me alone until my next PLI renewal.
I pay for a service provided by Salon Gold, as I have done for many years. I've never had to make use of it and I don't expect I ever will... but people being what they are, it has to be in place and it's cheap enough not to make a dent in my finances. It works out at roughly £1 per week. I spend more than that on my bread for the week!
