Just a terrible experience
Just a terrible experience. Not based on the UK. Order and payment taken then numerous miscommunication about non payment/refunds/DPD blame for non-delivery. Now awaiting refund after waiting a month for products.

salontotal.uk is not actually in the UK.
Made an online purchase from salontotal.uk on the 7th of January,same day dispatch with delivery by DPD was claimed on the order page,it was paid for with paypal,the money taken straight away,yet it is now the 12th of January,and heard nothing from them.
Went to the website today to contact them,and ask what had happened to my order,and there is this message across the top of the page "Due to the Brexit, we are currently experiencing delivery problems to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We apologise for the inconvenience" and as I found the product on Google Shopping,and the companies web address being salontotal.co.uk,I assumed the company was in the UK,and there being no mention clearly visible on their website,that they are not in the UK.
But this company is actually in the Netherlands,and it is very misleading to use a UK web address,and not make it clear they are in another country,and if I had known that,I would not have made the purchase.
I did send them an email,but just got an automated reply with a ticket number,and I don't hear anything else from them with a few days,will be claiming the money back from paypal.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!! I have placed two orders on 28th Dec, one of the parcel were delivered no issues second was returned to sender and as it turned up even though company’s website is co.uk the company itself is not from UK, which is extremely misleading! Problem was put on Brexit of course and I was told to wait till parcel returns to seller to be refunded or parcel to be sent again! It’s not my problem that it was redirected and I shouldn’t be made to wait. Even though parcel was returned week after I was still going through absolutely ridiculous email communication with seller demanding to return my money. I have been told parcel was delivered and sent prove of delivery of the other parcel! Eventually I have reported problem to PayPal and money was returned but I would never recommend or buy from them again! AVOID!!!
