No delivery

No delivery

Ordered on 25th March and according to DPD tracking, they haven’t even dispatched it yet. DPD have confirmed that they have received no physical item from the sender, only a scanned barcode. I imagine they are printing the DPD labels for dispatch to make it look like they are en route but not sending the products. Customer service ‘Roos’ has been incredibly vague and quick to point the blame towards DPD.

An excellent service

An excellent service. I purchased hair mouse I can't buy in the shops. Salontotal kept me in the loop on my delivery. I knew the day it was due to arrive and I ensured I was home to receive it. Will definitely buy from them again. Very happy with the service

Avoid salonnatol where the heck is my parcel. I ordered a hair round brush from the website. I constantly wrote to them after 7 days of paying for the parcel and not seeing the parcel any around my house. I wanted an refund but they wrote to me they will contact dpd and that was 3 times. I lost my money and never got the parcel

Delivery times terrible

Have ordered twice from them now. 1st time my item took 2weeks to come then 2nd time it didn’t come at all. They claimed yodel had it but yodel proved to me they didn’t have it. 2wks later & im still trying to get someone from salontotal to answer the phone to give me a refund 😡

We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with the deliveries. Unfortunately, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive at the moment, as there have been some issues causing delays. Once the parcel has been scanned by Yodel, they will only then say that they have the parcel, as until then it is on its way to their depot from our warehouse in the Netherlands. I still haven;t receive my order.

I still haven't receive the package.Live tracking shows that yesterday left your country.I had asked for an express delivery paying the additional cost but you informed me that you don;t do this.I believe that I won't have the packe not even the next week.This is what you can do to improve your eshop.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent out faulty clippers in September I have returned the clippers by recorded delivery. Salontotal have had the clippers over 7 weeks no new clippers sent out and no refund. Terrible company will have to go to trading standards to get my money back.
Please use a reputable wholesaler's like Sallys as you will be covered if item is faulty ect…

We’re sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Returns from co.uk first go to an intermediary depot before being sent back to us in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, this may cause delays before we receive your clipper. Once we have it, we will address the warranty claim with the supplier as quickly as possible.

The website is absolutely customer…

The website is absolutely customer friendly. I found every information what I wanted. This shop was the only one, where I could buy my four products in same place.
Wide range of products with beautiful photos. The customer service was quick and helpful. DPD was a little slow, but is was signed on the order form.

Recommended

The Wahn trimmer I purchased was considerably cheaper than the lowest price available in Ireland. The service and communications were good.
UPS were a bit slow delivering, and as usual just tossed the parcel over my gate.

THEY DON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY

I canceled an order on June 17 due to lack of availability of some items. I requested a refund of my money by email and today, June 26, I still have not received it. Finally I have requested a refund of my money via Paypal since it is impossible directly with them. They politely answer that they are going to refund it but they do not refund it. I consider this a scam. I will not buy anything from this store again nor will I recommend anyone to do so. And if you still want to risk buying in their store, try paying through Paypal. That way maybe you will have a chance to get your money back if something goes wrong.
