Terrible "colour correction" on my flowers. Completely the wrong colours used for my beautiful wedding bouquet that is now completely ruined. Do not trust this company with your dried flowers to preserve them as they have not got enough colours to select a true match. Despite acknowledgement of using the best match they had the colour for, no communication during the "colour correction" stage, nor any forthcoming of a resolution. Complete waste of money and absolutely gutted. I could have done a better job myself.

To clarify in response to the reply:
My flowers had started drying and browning due to a Saturday wedding of a bank holiday wedding. This was unavoidable, but no issue was pointed out when placing the order that it wouldn't be suitable.
I sent pictures of the bridesmaids bouquets as I don't have one of my own on hand. I'll happily send one and you will see the flowers are the same and the same colours as mine, which does not match the colours they are now. I have been completely ripped off paying premium price for a shockingly bad product!!!! Mine isn't the first bad review I have read since placing my order, and I wish there had been more reviews to read. I would not have ordered- my only wedding supplier I regret!
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Update- since posting this review I've been blocked on their social media. If that doesn't say it all I don't know what does!!!

My husband & I spent over £260 to have keepsakes made from our wedding flowers.
Two items were overall poor quality (big holes, petal ends sticking out sharply), however, the worst item was a tealight holder which was advertised with a real, lit candle and basic text explaining how beautiful a piece this is. Yet upon receipt of our items, a note advised us not to use real candles with it. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT as we would not have purchased it had we known we cannot use real candles with it. The quality of the tealight holder was also immensely poor and had massive air bubble dents on one side. It was clear that none of the items were inspected prior to shipment.
We complained about all three items, but were told if we posted the tealight holder back, Sal would inspect it. In her response to our complaint, Sal also claimed that her website clearly stated that use of real candles is not advised which is a blatant lie, as we have screenshots of the page from when we ordered (and further proof on her website of using items with real candles).
We returned all 3 items to Sal to have fixed and it is at this point we noticed that Sal had sneakily changed her tealight holder page to include the note about real candle usage; SAL IS ACTIVELY TRYING TO DECEIVE CUSTOMERS instead of owning up to a simple mistake on her website. Luckily for us, we have date and time stamped screenshots of what her website looked like when we purchased the items, including photographs of her own items advertising her products with REAL tealights.
I had also provided Royal Mail with Sals email address & phone number, so she would be notified of the incoming parcel. When we checked the tracking info, we saw photographic evidence of someone receiving the parcel in hand at the door, with Sal sat in the background of the photo. When we asked for an update later that evening, Sal claimed she was not aware that the post had been delivered– yet MORE LIES from Sal.
She has since returned our items, with fewer holes overall, but we still cannot use the tealight holder as intended or advertised for that matter! She has not even bothered to check if we are happy with the items, she clearly does not care. It also shows that Sal is happy to ship poor quality, broken items out to her customers instead of inspecting and fixing them first.
I have gathered enough evidence to prove that Sal is a CONNING, LYING & DECEIVING business owner who will spoil the memory of your wedding flower keepsakes. I have reported the business to Trading Standards. At the very least, Sal should have apologised for her website not including the correct info and offer a partial refund, rather than lie about it and then try and deceive us by changing her website.

Response to Sal:
It was not just one bubble, it was multiple big holes across three items. Also, just stop lying! We have screenshots and recordings of your website. You even have an entire section on safe useage of candles (not to leave flames unattended, handle when wax is cold.) and nowhere in your Ts&Cs (which we have also screenshotted) does it say you cannot use real candles. The fact you still cannot simply admit you forgot to include information and continue to uphold this lie just goes to show how deceiving you are trying to be.

Update 1:
We have today provided Sal with evidence of how her website has been misleading and poorly advertising her tealight holders, and while she can see how her website was misleading and not clear, she feels this is not required. Also, despite Sal's very certain claim in her response below "it is up to the customers to read the T&Cs and website and we cannot be held responsible for customers not doing this", SHE has in her email to us now ADMITTED that indeed, THERE is currently NO INFOrmation regarding candle use IN THE T&Cs. We are now requesting a charge back through our Credit Card company and will be taking Sal to Small Claims Court if required, as despite her admittance of her website being misleading (although unintentionally so), she will not honour a refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Myself and family have had several beautiful preservations from Sals Forever Flowers. Each order is made with such expertise and great detail. Our orders have been extremely high quality and beautifully arranged. The contact with the team is great and they’ve always been able to answer any questions. The packaging is lovely too, such care is taken in the presentation. Thank you Sal for creating such incredible memories for us that will last a lifetime.

After the nightmare many of us suffered from Megenta Flowers, I approached Sals forever flowers Ltd to see if they could assist.

Although I had lost my flowers for good from my grandmas funeral (by magenta) I purchased some more and sent them over to Sal. I have just received the coasters which are absolutely beautiful and every time I place a cup on a coaster it brings a smile to my face. Thank you so much - I would highly recommend. Sal also kept me updated via message on the progress which was so reassuring and positive. Thank you xx

I was looking for a way to preseve my Mother's funeral flowers and found Sal's Forever Flower's and their range of resin products.

I choose the tea-light holder and the bauble.

Clear instructions on how to prepare the flowers ready for packing and transporting are given and I received pictures from Sal when they arrived to show the condition.

As soon as the required drying time had passed Sal messaged me to confirm they would begin pouring the resin and then a few days later I received pictures of the finished items which looked amazing.

Postage was fast and trackable and the items arrived well packed to prevent damage in transit.

The tea-light and bauble looked even better in hand.

It is Mother's day as I am writing this review and I have found some solace in having a flame burning in the beautiful tea-light holder that Sal's Forever Flower's created for me.

My Fiancé has said she will get some of our wedding flowers preserved by Sal.

I booked sals forever flowers after reading a number of positive reviews. Overall I was disappointed with my order. There was an issue with one of the beads I ordered not being able to fit on my bracelet due to some resin blocking the hole. After contacting I was told that a replacement would be sent (despite me asking that my flowers be returned). I had to follow this up and when I received a replacement, I had a similar issue but I was able to fix the second myself. I was also disappointed that one item had visible lines in the resin - I was told this was due to being handmade and pour lines however I would have expected to have been sanded for a smooth finish (on one item you can feel flower sticking out and it looks and feels like it has a ring of cellotape on it) Positives of fast responses to questions and did attempt to fix issues outside of pour lines.

I did reach out to you upon receiving my items however you failed to listen to my concerns. You repeatedly blamed the issues on pour lines however the finish of the products was rough (my husband said it looked like someone had put a strip of cello tape around the candle due to the texture)

Unfortunately this company has ruined my precious wedding flowers I trusted them with.
I ordered 3 different items, and made a few specific requests in terms of which flowers to include in which product etc. All but one of my requests were completely ignored. One of the items was fine (not perfect, but OK), but the other two did not look like what I ordered at all, and didn't feature the specific flowers I requested. I raised my concerns with the company after receiving the items, and the reply has been very unhelpful. They didn't address all of my concerns, only responded to some of them, saying it's in their terms & conditions that they can do whatever they want with the flowers, and the one I specifically asked for to be featured as the central piece of one of the items, was not suitable to be preserved due to its size - which is fair enough if that's the case, but I would have expected them to communicate this to me PRIOR to making my product, and to offer me other options, e.g. using some of the petals rather than the whole flower, rather than just doing their own thing with my flowers - I didn't like the end result at all. Some of my other requests were just simply ignored and when I queried them after receiving the items, they didn't even bother to address anything.
Other than not making my items the way I wanted, the quality of the finished products was also poor. Definitely not what you would expect from an award winning company. Rough surfaces, scratches, bubbles, off centre writing with curled up lettering, and the whole aesthetics was just off. They looked NOTHING like the photos on their Instagram page and website. They have offered to sort the scratches out but even that wouldn't have made any difference, and at that point I just wanted my money back.
I had to really press them for a refund, even though they have clearly provided different items to what I ordered.
In the end, I had to return the products and they issued a refund "as a gesture of goodwill".

On the surface, the resin and flower preservation was good and seemed ok. However, I was extremely disappointed at the overall finish of the products I received. The prices are also rather expensive for the quality of the products we received on both occasions After being sent the wrong item originally, we were still unhappy with the correct product we finally received after the mistake was rectified. Unfortunately, after raising my concerns about the second product (chipped frame, a hair inside the glass, a loose backing and glue exposed on the backing), Sals Forever Flowers did not seem bothered that I was unhappy. I was told that as an handmade product, these things were to be expected. However, in my opinion, it was a general lack of care in the final product sent out. Although this is a small independent business which I wanted to support, I was upset to see a disappointing result for our wedding flowers. Overall, I personally would not recommend this small business. I understand mistakes happen, however this is not a one off as 2 of my relatives also had the same experience with the company. The experience has put a serious down to the memories that our preserved flowers now hold.

When the correct item arrived there was Glue Visible on the cardboard backing. The backing was bent, there was a black hair inside the frame.
Such as shame as this was a wedding present for my son and daughter in law. I paid for this as a present. My daughter in law ordered it.all you’ve given her is excuses

I took my flowers over when Sal was away. I was met by her mum who was really helpful and took all of the information of my requirements. Before I got home I had received pictures of my flowers and other items I had in my bouquet including my promise ring and a charm, all very sentimental items. My expectations were managed and I was advised that I may not have my items until the end of November. Periodically I had messages and updates about what was happening. Then as I had many sentimental items, Sal kindly delivered my order (I am not just round the corner) to ensure that I received my items. I am so pleased with my flowers. I also ordered the Lego figures, which are also great. Thank you so much. Of you ever need a recommendation, please let me know. 😊

A great experience dealing with Sal. Communication via watsapp was easy and I was kept informed along the way with pictures. The whole process was stress free. I had my daughter's bridal bouquet preserved in a picture and a trinket dish with petals in from her bouquet. I am delighted with them both and love the finishing touches with the note and a packet of seeds when sent to me. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely thrilled with the result! We sent Sal a wreath that was not quite at its best but she managed to salvage some of the flowers and made the most beautiful bauble. It was delicate and had the colour and theme of the actual wreath. Great company and talented lady. Thank you so much

Dont know where to start but to say what an amazing job you did for me Sal. My husband brought me roses for valentines day and some how i knew they would be the last ones i would ever receive from him, it had been nearly 2 weeks when i found Sals forever flowers and my roses were not looking to good at all.
Sal was amazing and kept my informed every step of the way and has done an amazing job. I love that i get to look at the last flowers my husband brought day after day since he passed away on March 25th
