Terrible product, bubbles, ridges and bumps all over the outside, yellow tinge to it, flowers squashed in. Not what you see on the website. Contacted for a refund and they simply said they would try to rub down the ridges on the edge. Not a resolution. Not the bride cannot get this memory again, cannot possibly give this to her so £180 down the drain. Go to get stung like me-look elsewhere!

Received my items today and am very pleased. Highly recommend Sals Forever Flowers. Having been let down big time by another company I chose Sal to create items. Sal did not disappoint, Kept me informed throughout the process, sent pictures of the finished items and information of when they would be delivered. I cannot recommend enough and would have no hesitation using her amazing business again Thank you Sal and team

I ordered a letter J with my sons flowers from his funeral to be set in resin. The order was placed in August 2021 . Initially I was told it would take 12 weeks. I never received a confirmation email so I emailed and was given an apology that I never received confirmation that was fair enough. I contacted them again regarding my order a few weeks later only to be told that they were having trouble finding my flowers. As you can imagine I was quite upset as the flowers were sent guaranteed next day delivery and had been signed for of which I had proof . After going backwards and forwards with emails they eventually found my flowers. I left it at that and as the 12 weeks approached I contacted them again and queried when I would receive my order. I then received an email to be told turnaround is 31 weeks which was a big difference from 12 weeks. So I emailed back as I couldn’t do anything about it and decided that I would have to wait. I’ve received my order today, 24/1/23 and devastation is an understatement. The letter which I ordered doesn’t even stand straight all the front is scratched and looks like something from the pound shop . I would definitely advise that no one use this company I can never replace these flowers from my sons funeral and it has ripped me to the core I’ve never been so upset definitely not high standards as they state it looks like something you’d get out of the pound shop . They don’t care that I can never replace these flowers. These were from my sons funeral and they don’t care about the impact this has on me whilst I’m grieving for my only son

THE LETTER DOES STAND BUT ITS NOT STRAIGHT.IT LEANS FORWARD.THERE ARE SCUFFS OR SCRATCHES OR WHATEVER IT IS ON THE FRONT WHICH IS NOT NOTICEABLE VIA PHOTO.BASICALLY IT IS HORRIBLE.DEFINITELY NOT HIGH STANDARD LOOKS CHEAP
My order was put on their Facebook page and because i commented that it doesn’t stand up for long as the rubber feet keep sliding and the letter falls over I’m now blocked. So give this company any negative comments and they block you . If they were professionals with very high standards as they say they are . Then blocking me should be the last thing they should be doing.
Had to also use blue tac to stand it up as the rubber feet that is on the item just slide off . I’ve never been offered any solution to the problem just ignored

Such amazing quality products from Sal and like no other. Already used Sal once before (when she saved my life in getting presents for my wife) which my wife absolutely loved (ring holder and preserved our Nikkah flowers). So what better choice than to get personalised presents for my mum, went for the coasters and tea light holders and honestly they were stunning and my mum was over the moon with her gifts! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say I am very impressed with Sal Forever Flowers, I can’t recommend them enough!

I got married in Feb and really wanted to preserve my flowers professionally. I came across Sal’s website and saw some amazing products. I was a little sceptical to give my flowers away, however after doing my own research and seeing how many awards the company had won, I decided to have a conversation with Sal.

She is so passionate about what she does, has great knowledge, and was so pateint and helpful when I asked her a millions questions! I also went online and read some really great reviews about Sal.

We discussed the process of preserving my flowers, including how they are delivered and how they are preserved.
Although it’s a lengthy processes, I am soooo pleased I chose Sal!
She communicated many times and sent pictures about lay outs, colours, deigns etc.. she’s with you every step of the way! After a few messages we both decided on how I would like my flowers to be placed in the mold and she got to work.

She messaged me a photo with the final product, just to make sure I loved it! Which I did!!! The product was perfect!

Just wanted to say thank you Sal, you really were so lovely to work with, thank you for making my flowers into such beautiful pieces! I look forward to preserving more flowers with you in the future.

Honestly cannot thank Sals Forever Flowers enough. Last year after our legal ceremony I sent my bouquet from Ireland and said a prayer they would get there ok! Sal messaged as soon as they were delivered. The items made arrived a few months later but as I wasn't giving them as gifts until October this year at Our Wedding (where all of our family and friends could attend) I couldn't post a review. I ordered 8 pandora beads for my bridesmaids, mum and sister in law, a bookmark for my dad, a handbag for my day 2 this year and a little bear. Each piece was amazing. Sal even made an extra little piece which she placed an entire rose inside. This year after our wedding abroad I sent fake petals to Sal to make into a decoration for our first Christmas as Mr and Mrs. They arrived today and I was sobbing. I absolutely love them. I cannot thank you enough or recommend you enough. Thank you again xxx

Warning for other brides.

I wasn’t going to name the company but after what I’ve experienced this week feel I need to so that no one else goes through this.

I chose to preserve my stunning wedding flowers using SALS FOREVER FLOWERS a company I carefully chose due to their excellent reviews and skill of the artist Salma Sanji who is an award winning artist.

They promise a fully tailored service and regular updates and photos throughout the process.

I sent my flowers by expedited delivery as requested and agreed a delivery date with Salma. However she went out and missed the delivery, leaving my flowers at the sorting office overnight. This caused them to brown slightly which I was upset about.

6 months went by and I heard nothing. No updates as promised. I chased a few times and were told they were busy. Eventually I received a photo of my flowers completed and they were completely wrong. She had mixed the flowers up, included flowers not in my bouquet that were sent for a different product, and the quality was not as good as I expected due to the flowers being browned.

I complained and was told an intern had done my flowers and they got it wrong. After carefully choosing an artist based on HER reputation I was very upset that mine had been given to an intern to complete without asking me and as a result my irreplaceable wedding flowers were effectively ruined. Particularly when the website clearly states handmade by ME!

I posted on a wedding Facebook group asking other brides what they would expect as a resolution. At this point choosing to not name the company and give Salma chance to resolve the issue.

Following this Salma posted screenshots of me asking for advice when planning 2 weddings over 4 years (thanks lockdown) and used this as evidence to call me a scammer. She attacked me on social media calling me a liar. Claiming never to have received my instructions and photos (I posted screenshots proving she had). Claiming emails had gone to my wife (the order was in my email so she never had my wife’s email), claiming she had sent a refund (the refund was sent after I replied calling her out on this and providing proof she hadn’t).

Every time I proved that she was lying she backtracked, changed her story and eventually deleted her posts. She turned reviews off on her Facebook page (I hadn’t left one) and completely ignored my messages and would not communicate with me. Yet was posting on social media attacking me and lying about what she had said to me. Again I was able to prove this and she deleted it.

I am absolutely horrified at the way she has acted and this has caused me so much stress that I don’t need when I’m already upset at the fact that my wedding flowers are lost forever. I think it’s important that other brides are aware that despite Salma herself having good reviews there is a chance your precious flowers will in fact be handed to an untrained ”intern” who hasn’t been told what you ordered and so what you end up with is nothing like what you asked for and if you dare raise a problem with Salma she will attack you online.

UPDATE:
To add that the sellers response is complete lies. If flowers cannot be photographed while drying why does the website say buyers will receive this? I have screenshots showing that.

I have messages where she admits a “intern” did my flowers. Yet the website says handmade by ME.

Messages showing the flowers were damaged by being left at the sorting office and screenshots where she attacks me on social media for not being happy that what I asked for was not provided.

The fact remains that the service she advertised is not what was provided and detailed instructions of what I wanted were not followed despite the website claiming a personalised a tailored service.

Completely different response from the seller now several people have pointed out the damage she is doing to her business by behaving in this way and attacking me but sadly too late for me now as I can never replace the flowers she damaged.

The refund and sending the product would have been a satisfactory resolution if it didn’t only happen after a week of being attacked on social media and me declaring my intention to go to small claims court.
