The product is good, but they didn't send me the right pair of sunglasses. And also beat around the Bush about it being the right pair. Obviously these are Brown and not mirrored, the ones I ordered were suppose to be Blue and mirrored. Finally they said they were making me a new pair than never responded after a month of them not showing up. I will be choosing an other company when these break.

I was pleasantly surprised by this company. Was a little skeptical when my order was taking longer than expected, and even though I kept calling to check status, they were very patient and polite with me. Well, order came and I did not care for the glasses at all. They graciously agreed to accept the return, and worked with me as best they could over the phone, to find a new pair. Will definitely be ordering again from them in the future!

Ordered Oakley prescription lenses, they came within the time frame posted on their website and as requested. No problems at all. Thinking of now ordering progressive lenses for every day use.

The Team Member who helped me design my prescription sunglasses was outstanding. I really appreciated his knowledge and ability to navigate through the lens choices which best suited my needs. The sunglasses took a little longer to arrive (3 weeks) than I expected, but they were packaged well and in great shape. When they arrived, I noticed some discrepancy between the prescription in my sunglasses and my everyday glasses, but I thought my eyes just needed to adjust. The color and clarity was otherwise excellent. Unfortunately, I wore them very little during the first month (arrived at work in the dark and left in the dark), so it was my fault for not returning the sunglasses during 30-day return period. I still like the frames, but my eyes cannot adjust to the differences in the prescriptions and I need to see if we can correct the problem. Overall, a very good experience with Salt City Optics.

I've made two purchases in the past and both were handled quickly and professionally. I have no reason to buy anywhere else. They've earned my business. Thanks guys!
