I placedmy order over a week ago, and received confirmation that the order was received but I have not heard anything since then. I would like to know what the status of my order is, when it will be fulfilled, and when I can expect to receive it.

Trae and Molly told me the Persol frames were on back order from Italy. It took about 5 weeks, and my genuine glasses are simply gorgeous! I was also struck by Saltcity's lens, which included an anti-reflective coating for no extra charge. There's a lot of knock-offs available on the net, but these are the real deal. It comes with the correct boxes, papers, and the brown microfiber cloth.Within ten minutes I ordered another pair in black as a change of pace for my Havana! Great customer service!

Easy to look at and chose different style of frames. Once you make your selection the order process is easy and they double check your prescription before order is finished.

This was a very pleasant experience with Salt City Optics. I had several questions for them on an older pair of frames I had to finally purchasing a new pair of frames and lenses. They even did a price match and beat a competitor as far as price. Turnaround time was very quick. Trae was very helpful and I would refer anyone to this company!

I was looking for a spicific pair of transitional persciption sun glasses and Salt City Optics had the best salection I have seen.

I stumbled upon this website trying to find prescription sunglasses. I didn't know how to read my prescription and I also didn't know much about lenses- needless to say I had visited plenty of sites. The man who messaged me on the chat (I wish I could remember his name) actually offered to call me and talk about my prescription/needs/purpose for the glasses and together we found the perfect pair!!
