All products are designed in-house in our British design studio and are then made by skilled artisans, from around the world. Our products shun the fast fashion trend. We’ve designed our range to be sustainable in more ways than one because one person’s luxury shouldn’t be to the detriment of others. Our products are luxury by which we mean that you’ll be wowed when you see them. You’ll adore the complimentary personalisation and love the giftbox, but affordability is important for us too. Creating high-quality items at an affordable price is a core value for us. Looking good is lovely, but feeling good is even better. And if you can do the two, you’re smashing it!

'Practically perfect in every way'
don't hesitate, just order it, if your torn between colours, buy both you will not regret it! I am astounded by the value for money from this bag, I have been on the hunt for months for a simple bag that didn't cost a fortune...and the fact this bag is under £100 in my opinion is incredible for such high quality and elegance in its design, the choice of colours, styles and quality far outweighs that of other brands that charge 5X as much! Also the customer service is second to none! truly caring and grateful for your custom! in short...I love it and have my eye on many more!

We would like to address your comment regarding our ‘very unhelpful customer service’.
You purchased a product on our website and then emailed us after the purchase asking for a discount code. We explained that unfortunately we did not have any discounts available, and we offered to refund your order which you declined and said you still wanted the bag.
You emailed again “Could I just ask that you review your web site as you say how grateful you are to NHS and Keyworkers so are offering discounts but in reality the sale price is open to all which is somewhat insulting” We thought this was strange but to be sure we asked you to send us a screenshot of our website.
The screenshot you sent was of a company called ‘Seasalt Cornwall’ which is in no way linked to Salthouse England. We replied to your email explaining that perhaps there had been some confusion and we did not hear from you again until this review.
All of your emails were were responded to in a timely and professional manner. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service which can be read about in the 60 plus other five star reviews we have received.
We feel that your 3 star review is an inaccurate representation of your experience and has nothing to do with the quality of product or the customer service you have received, however is because you confused Salthouse England with a completely different business and did not receive the discount you thought you had seen on our website.
