Visited the Cannock shop. The sweatshirt I wanted wasn't on the rail in my size and upon asking the sales assistant she went and got one from the stockroom. Very polite and helpful. Good service.

Love this store!
This shop has amazing high quality surfer style clothes for women, men, and children. I love all these sort of shops such as billabong etc and i always say this has got to be one of my new favourite shops to look around, i love the vibe in the store, the staff are welcoming and lovely to talk to, and for this shop being an outlet they have amazing discounts. A shame I don’t live closer to here but I will definitely be returning.

Great customer service
Entered with our 13 year old grand-daughter to purchase for her birthday. Found much to decide on but one item took her fancy. However, her size was not on the rack. Store assistant noticed her going back to rack and asked if he could help. He went into "the back" to return with Ellie's size. Her smile was significant. Bought item and thanked the assistant.
