Visited the Cannock shop. The sweatshirt I wanted wasn't on the rail in my size and upon asking the sales assistant she went and got one from the stockroom. Very polite and helpful. Good service.

Excellent clothing, lovely staff
The three items of clothing I've tried on out of the four I purchased all look and feel great. I decided this time to buy a large hooded jacket of the same design as the medium jacket I had for Christmas, as that one shrank slightly in the wash, so I'm hoping my new jacket will do the same and will then fit me perfectly. The two white T-shirts are already a perfect fit, and I'm yet to try on the long sleeved shirt.
The two members of staff (one woman and one man) I spoke to at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet Saltrock store were very friendly, helpful, and polite. They were clearly busy but still took the time to ask me how I was, and we all agreed that we needed caffeine on that particular afternoon!
I will definitely return again the next time I need some new threads. Thanks!
