Great shopping experience
Starting with the shop layout, not too much stock but enough to fill the store with a good selection, we weren’t pestered and it’s clear the clothes can sell themselves. The staff member was friendly, informative and chatty but not to the point where it’s uncomfortable. The quality of the clothes are excellent and priced a little higher that average high street garments but this is reflected in the quality.

My friend and I went into the shop in Poole the Saturday before last, the 2 ladies that were in there were so friendly and helpful, we both went away with our new saltrock Dry robes with a smile on our faces, thank you ladies great customer service, give them both a Christmas treat as they deserve it.

Assistant was pleasant,polite and very helpful. I was looking for a specific fleece shirt which I had seen in another Saltrock shop. He knew straight away which shirt I was describing and informed me they had them in there store room.
A pleasant experience, I got the shirt I was looking for. Will definitely support Rocksalt in the future.

The assistant was very helpful. I purchased the shirt as a gift but hadn't appreciated the returns/exchange policy was only 14 days so I can only hope the recipient likes it.
