Helpful and friendly advice
Helpful and friendly advice. I am not a swimmer but I am small and regular warm and dry winter coats are too bulky and drown me. XS a perfect size and I love the funky pattern.
My only gripe is too much branding on view, it is over the top. I really loathe branded clothes and would normally not have bought it if it hadn’t worked on all other levels and I hate being cold. Puts me off other Saltrock purchases. You should be chasing the grey pound !

Visited Saltrock Poole and the lady who served us was awesome. She was knowledgable, helpful and just so lovely to talk to. My son still talks about you now and the talk about skating lol. He loves his skateboard and pads. Thank you, you restored my faith in retail and amazing customer service!

On walking in to the store on Poole high street, I was greeted by one of the staff, she asked how my day was going and also what drew me into saltrock, on telling her that I was looking for a T-shirt she pointed out the different sections and what was currently on sale.
Really enjoyable experience and friendly, welcoming staff.
