The delivery was fast. The swimsuits are made from quality materials. Dislike the fact when you return something on sale you receive a voucher rather than your money back. Secondly, when returning you cover the postage fee.

Ordered, quick delivery, but top sizing is awful. Shape doesn’t really work, underwire seems wrongly aligned and a two inch gap in the bust front. The bottoms are lovely and a great fit. The material is lovely but the make quality isn’t.
To return the top I will have to pay for it, that would be fine, but I didn’t realise sale items can only get store credit( I thought this was *final sale items*). So I’m now left with bottoms and no matching top as they don’t have other sizes in stock. I could return the top and bottoms and get store credit, but I’m reluctant to keep ordering these to pay to return them and get store credit if they don’t fit. Catch 22. I wish I bought non sale item so I could just get a refund. Find it a bit dodgy, and well a massive waste of money on my part(as even it the sale it was expensive). Lesson learnt!

All reviews on our website are held for review for verification and then automatically published a few days later. I can assure you we never remove/delete or falsify our reviews which is why some products do have the odd low rating but generally our customers leave positive reviews.
We do have different top styles in the Kandy print so should you wish to return the item within 14 days for store credit to order an alternative style we would be more than happy to do this however we did not see a returns request come through.
I am sorry to hear you are not happy however we try to clearly mark on our website that sale items can be returned for store credit which does allow the customer flexibility to obtain the correct sizing and style they like.

The material is so buttery soft on the skin, the quality of these pieces is unmatched. I am also impressed with the support that they give you to say they are not a DD+ specific swimwear brand. They support my 34FF-G chest so well!

Lovely bikini! Only deducted a star as they don't offer free returns. With a bikini that is quite expensive, I would expect free returns as standard but otherwise great quality and pretty bikinis
