This company did not deliver what I ordered. Deliveries were delayed constantly. When they arrived, the goods were not what I ordered, they were smaller and the corals were damaged and diseased. We ended up throwing them all away. When I contactes the owner I received defamatory emails which I still have copies. This happened on more than one occasion and I can prove what I have recorded.

Wouldn't order or buy off this company.... Ordered £240.00 worth of fish and corals from this company. Was told that it could take approx 3 to 5 weeks for my order to arrive which I accepted. When the 5 weeks was up I was informed that there was further delays and I could have a refund if I wasn't happy. 5 weeks had gone by I still hadn't had my order and I'd read quite a few negative reviews about the company and it's owner so I decided to get a refund. Had problems getting my refund. After a number of emails and a few weeks went by and being told my lack of a refund was down to who I bank with. (My bank said that was rubbish by the way) I had to get my bank and credit card company to do a chargeback. Look at the amount of negative reviews on this company. They can't all be wrong.

YOU NEVER SAID IT COULD TAKE UP TO 28 DAYS. in fact you sent me a link that said it could take ideally 3 days for some banks but up to 7 to 10 days for others I HAVE THE EMAILS OFF YOU. I waited 17 days and not once did you tell me the date you refunded my account.

Told not to order from salty revolution as unreliable. My order from December still hasn’t arrived. In Feb I was told money was being refunded but this was lie. Now moving the situation to the small claims court.

Ordered several times over the year's. Just received my order and yes I had to wait for it, but it was definitely worth it.
Fish incredibly healthy and my copperband even eats out of my hand.
Corals were healthy and a very nice size. I even had some freebies in the box.
I will definitely be ordering again and I can assure anyone that the wait is definitely worth it.

On the 15/1 /23 I placed an order for 259 worth of stock. On the 11/2 I was offered a partial delivery as the items were now out of stock. I asked for a refund and its now the 23/2 and no refund or fish. I have now reported to the fraud police. So beware of the salty thief

Bloke left me hanging for over 6 weeks with no response after taking my money. Offered multiple times to arrange delivery but no response for weeks. Would never answer a phone call or return a voicemail. Just eventually an email giving me 1 and a half hours notice to reply otherwise no delivery. Finally asked for one more shot at arranging the delivery or please refund and then received txt messages after 10pm telling me he will sort the refund. Then after leaving a review had him messaging me at silly o'clock in the morning threatening to put my personal details up on the review. Made a phone call and this time he was able to answer the phone. Only to call me a p*ssy and a c*nt and that he doesn't give a F about privacy or gdpr and he finds it funny posting personal details all over the Internet. All in all I'd avoid using this guy to be honest. I think he needs some help.

Ordered from here many times and always been very happy with the marine fish and corals. They are online only so not open to the public though.

im very new to the fish world and i didnt really know what kind of set up i was looking for. tried a few shops just asking for info on what would best suit me and my needs ,ie space .. what type of tank.. what i wanted to keep, cost.. as some things dont get on well with other things.. which i didnt know, how easy or difficult the whole thing would be from set up to running.. it was all very confusing. so i went back to the internet to do more research and look at websites and other bits and bobs when i came across a website called salty revolution.. it was one hell of a website, i think i was on it for well over an hour just reading and looking. so i decided to phone them and gave a very brief outline of what i was looking to do,he said yea just pop over sunday (02/10/2022) and i will have a chat with you. first impression when you walk in was wow its like a giant tiki hut it just looked so different from everywhere else id been.. i was blown away with how it looked. then i saw the man from the picture on the website, so we started talking and he was asking me questions of what i wanted to do and started to explain things and i think he could see i was getting a little overwhelmed with it all so he offered me a can of coke and we went outside and just sort of chatted for a bit and he said ok lets start again and i will do my best to explain things in such a way that you can understand. he had to nip off here and there to serve customers and told me to just sit down over here so he could deal with customers. and then we can just go threw things bit by bit, well i was there for well over 2 hours.. the knowledge this man had was staggering.. he never tried to force the issue as to what type of set up i wanted no hard sell from him to
go into marine fish, corals, inverts. i was so impressed with the shop and him and the amount of info he had. i mean i had not spent any money or worked out a plan with him as to what to do yet he was willing to just sit with me telling me about it all, he even printed some info off for me to look at when i was at home. i shall definitely be back to pick his brains some more. and maybe take the plunge into marine.

Massive collection of fish and corals and some really gorgeous animals at prices that you can’t get anywhere else!

The size and quality of the corals is better than expected and have all thrived in my reef.

Even had some coral that were not suited for my tank and the owner helped explained and helped me source some more suitable coral for my reef tank and livestock.

Outstanding shop and super knowledgeable staff.

Great service very helpful when I had an issue I made a mistake with my delivery address I contacted James and no issues with changing the information delivery was received perfectly packed and all animals in perfect health will 100% use again 😀

I can totally understand why things was rather crazy here.

After plenty of conversations and chats with James everything got sorted out. Things happen all i would say is the communication could be a little better on the email side but all in all what i have received i very happy with.

The invert issue was sorted out and thanks for chatting to me directly it was worth the wait.

Fantastic selection of livestock, huge invert selection, interesting fish I’ve not seen in other shops and good selection of different corals to choose from.
