Scammers

Scammers! Called customer service over an issue and the guy had no clue what to do. Ended up I could not buy the additional vehicles I wanted. Called the next day and spoke to a different person who in 2 seconds told me what I needed to do! So they scammed big time and cost me $900 for nothing because I wasnt able to bid on the additional vehicles. Pretty sure it was on purpose since after the auction was over they were able to tell me what I should have done.

Catch 22

I signed up for the Basic Free Membership which allows you to peruse their website, which I spent hours doing searching and learning about the vehicles and bidding process. They wanted a $600 security deposit from me to bid on a vehicle. I was preparing to travel to inspect a couple vehicles and found out I didn't have the required Membership Number. Apparently you need a paid membership to inspect the vehicles, but you can send them a security deposit and bid for free...WITHOUT INSPECTION! I spoke with both the National Office and the Regional Lot Office to confirm this Catch 22.
