Slow and unreliable
Slow and unreliable - I wish I could just not use them and do Speedy/Ekont only, but some vendors use this terrible service.
Was supposed to be same day delivery and the shop even marked it as delivered. 8 days after - still no package, and it's been in the warehouse just chilling for 3 days.
DO NOT USE THIS COURIER
1. Couriers do not pick up the parcels, I have to go to their warehouse and hand over.
2. Customer service - useless . You wait 60-70 minutes and all they say is that they are checking.

The absolute worst customer support I have ever cone across. They don't answer their phone calls, I have waited for HOURS to talk to an operator, and still couldn't. They dont answer their emails.
I have a package that was due 3 days ago, on the app its status has been stuck "on the way" for the past 3 days, and yet I cant seem to actually find out WHERE my package is and WHEN it will be delivered.
Genuinely embarrassing for such a big company to have such an understaffed & useless support team.
Would leave 0 stars if I could.

So my package should have arrived in the easybox since october 16th and now it’s almost 23rd and the package it’s stuck somewhere because “the easybox chosen was too full”

I placed an order at eMAG on September 25th, today is October 7th and Sameday hasn't delivered my package. Customer support assured me 3 times that they would deliver the package next day, I stayed home though they never showed up. There is absolutely 0 communication, never respond to emails. I'm currently on the phone, been waiting for them to pick up for 40 minutes. This is an absolutely garbage company, avoid them by all means!

Ordered online. Got a code that did not open that automat. Wrote several emails, no answer, tried to call them several times, but was on hold for 10+ minutes, to no avail. The package was sent back after 3 days. So money lost, time lost paying for shipment the phone call.

It takes ages to bring a package from local depo to the easybox, which are relatively close. They totally suck as a company. I'll do my best to avoid them from now on

I was expecting delivery on September 20th. They told me it's too big to be delivered at EasyBox and promised delivery on the next day - September 21st. It's already September 25th and I still don't have the package with me. I called their support multiple times and they hung up the phone. I was promised a callback by manager and this never happened. I will never use EMAG and Sameday again.

i’ve had the same problem with this delivery company with several parcels. for the 1st time, a courier called me, but i was at the hospital and couldn’t pick up the phone, so i called him in an hour and asked if it would be possible to pick up my parcel tomorrow. he said yes. but later, i receive a message that told me that i REFUSED the parcel and it will be returned to the seller, which is ridiculous because I made sure that i could pick up it a day later with the courier! I called the support center and we resolved this issue, i received the parcel a day later with a tag “returned to expeditor”.
Today, I received and email from the store that i ordered a parcel from and it said that there was a failed delivery attempt on 2nd september, which is yesterday! But yesterday i checked my email and SMS, and i had NO MESSAGES ABOUT THE UPCOMING DELIVERY.
So, this is how it went: I wasn’t even CONTACTED about the upcoming delivery, of course i couldn’t receive the parcel because i didn’t even KNOW that the courier will deliver anything, and he marked it as if i REFUSED THE PARCEL! This is totally unacceptable service! i HATED dealing with this delivery company, and if I could, I’d never use it again. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Sameday. I ordered a package containing pet food, and on August 30, 2024, I was contacted by the courier for delivery. I explained that I wasn’t home, and we agreed to reschedule the delivery for September 2, 2024.
To my surprise, the courier marked the package as delivered just minutes after our conversation, even though I hadn’t received the package and hadn’t signed anything. Later, I was contacted by a Sameday representative who asked for my ID number to process a “re-delivery.” It seems that this ID number was used to falsify the proof of delivery.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Sameday. In the past, I’ve encountered similar incidents with the same courier, which were reported, but unfortunately, no action was taken.
I recommend exercising extreme caution if you choose to use this courier service.

Worst delivery that I have ever used. There is always an issue with them. Last time (and it is the last time I will accept this delivery company) my package did not arrive at the delivery address. They considered it is faster to deliver it into a easybox, but far away from my home (20km), although there are others, closer. Moreover, they keep the package in the easybox only for 36 hours. It can be hard to pick it up, since also the distance is quite far away from home ( I have a schedule at my work and home, that's why i chose that the package to be delivered at a certain address). If you try and contact them by phone, the is a lot of time to wait until someone answers. The robot on their site is not useful. After a lot of waiting someone answered my call, but she told me that sameday cannot help me with the issue. I recommend never use sameday as a delivery service.
