I had a package that was supposed to…

I had a package that was supposed to reach me. But I found out that "they lost the package". But the truth is that they took it as their own. Unserious, the worst experience, I will refuse this courier company from now on.

Two months ago

Two months ago, I sent a parcel for an item I sold on Vinted, which was shipped via Sameday. The parcel has since gone missing, and neither Sameday nor Vinted has provided any meaningful assistance.

Sameday’s customer service is unreachable, and Vinted does not offer compensation, so I have not received the value of the item. This is extremely frustrating, as neither the shipping nor the customer support functions properly.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service and cannot recommend these companies to anyone expecting reliable delivery and customer support.

They lost my package

They lost my package and offered to reimburse 5x the cost of the shipping. Pretty useless since I sent a gift to someone which was worth more than that. They did not bother to explain what happened like idk, stolen or damaged package. They simply sent me an e-mail and invoked an article from their T&C, 10 days after I sent the package.

Would not recommend them.

If I could give 0 star I would.
I have ordered a package from Shane.i currently living in Budapest and I received everything I ordered before but this time I have been waiting 3 days for my package because they just mark it as a failed delivery. By the end of the first day I called the driver 10 times never picked it up. Second day I called the office they said that they wouldn't send my package back and I can redirect it to one of their delivery boxes but the app is completely bugging out does send the pin to log in about an hour later so this wasn't an option. Called them next day they sent back my package to the sender. Such an incompetent company

Anno 2025 the operators at Sameday are not speaking some basic English and are very unfriendly. I did ask for help and their answer was: I don't speak English and my colleges also not , pa ! Connection was broken.

The worst!

The worst!! This name is so ironic. Sameyear is more accurate. The shipping started at 29 July and it's 18 August and it's on the parcel sorting center. So even now I am waiting. Omg that's rediculus.

Deeply disappointed

I chose a pickup point near my address, Sameday decided to take my package to another point, that is an hour away from me, the cause never stated. Out of curiousity I checked their website, and they could have delivered my package to exactly 13 other pickup points, that would have been closer to me. They gave me 2 days to make the 2 hour trip to and from this arbitrary place they chose, which next to work was impossible for me. Tried to reach the company to see if anything can be done, let the phone rang with their customer service line for up to 1.5 hours but they never picked up. Terrible service, that keeps letting me down on every front. Please save yourself the trouble and order with anyone else if you can.

Placed an order on the 21st of July

Placed an order on the 21st of July, been with them since 22nd and, it took them 10 days to attempt a delivery.

I wasn't home at the time and placed for a redelivery in a weeks time but, for some reason the delivery driver placed the package as refused and it has now been returned to the sender.

Whoever is part of their logistics department should look for a change of profession, as it is abhorrent how they are performing their duties.

Worst courier experience ever – avoid Sameday at all costs

This was by far the worst delivery experience I’ve had.

I placed a prepaid order from Zooplus, which was handed over to Sameday for delivery. The package never arrived. Instead, I was given conflicting and misleading information every time I contacted Sameday. First, I was told the parcel was in their warehouse. Then they claimed it was out for delivery to a pickup point. The next day, they said it had been rerouted to a “temporary storage location” with no clear plan for when or if it would be delivered.

What’s worse – their customer service is almost impossible to reach. I waited over 20 minutes on hold, was hung up on once, and ended up being charged over 40 BGN by my mobile operator just to speak to someone. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and transparency is shocking.

This company should not be handling any customer-facing logistics. If Zooplus or any other store continues working with Sameday, I will seriously reconsider ordering from them again.

Avoid Sameday if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Poor quality services

This courier company delivers with delays of several days. You waste a lot of time trying to call customer service to file complaints, and even though they promise solutions, nothing gets resolved. You send emails with complaints, still nothing. Poor quality services.

No customer service at all

I picked to have my package delivered to my house on the app I ordered.
Sameday decided to not do that and drop it off at my closest dropping off point. I wanted to change it to the locker that's literally Infront of the store. Even tho it's the same place and they deliver on weekends, I still had to wait for today to possibly get it delivered. They don't answer my email or said anything when it's getting here.

An absolutely outrageous experience with Sameday – Avoid at all costs!

If you’re thinking about ordering something and choosing Sameday for delivery, I seriously urge you to reconsider. I’ve just had one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences with this so-called delivery company, which seems to treat its customers with a shocking level of disregard.

I clearly and specifically selected a pickup point when placing my order – a particular easybox location near my home. Naturally, I expected the package to be delivered there. Well, not only did it not arrive at the location I chose, but Sameday took it upon themselves to move my parcel to a completely different easybox in another part of the city – without asking me, without informing me, and without any form of communication.

When I contacted their customer service, the response was even more infuriating: "That’s the company’s policy." Really? Your policy is to completely ignore the customer’s delivery preference, arbitrarily change the drop-off point, and then hide behind some vague internal rule? That’s not a policy – that’s poor service, unprofessionalism, and a total lack of respect.

This so-called "policy" of transferring parcels to other locations at your own convenience is not only illogical, it’s completely broken. When I choose a specific pickup location, I do so for a reason – proximity, accessibility, convenience, hours of operation, etc. The fact that you ignore all of this shows how little you care about the customer experience.

Not only did you deliver it elsewhere, but you didn’t even notify me in advance so I could refuse it or request an alternative. I was not informed, not consulted, and now I’m forced to waste time and money traveling to a location I didn’t choose and honestly don’t even know.

Sameday, if you care even a little about your reputation, you need to urgently rethink your so-called “policies.” Otherwise, the only customers you’ll have left are the ones forced to use your services through stores that automatically assign you as the default courier.

As for me, it’s a definite NO to Sameday. I will never use your services again, and I’ll strongly recommend others do the same.

The people from customer service seem…

The people from customer service seem to always be very irritated with you even though you were calm and explained what was the problem, they seem like they don't want to give you solutions although the problem is caused by them
