I did order from Temu

I did order from Temu. And this is the first time they use SAMEDAY.
They don,t deliver. The don't call or sms or email. After 5 calls they picked up the phone and we agreed to meet at a time and place in my town. They where not there. And i have tried 14 times to call them. But they blocked my number. NEVER USE SAMEDAY.HU
!!!!!!!

Stay away from sameday

This company is embarrassing in every way. It is the first time I've tried to use their services, I put the parcel on the 19th at an easybox, on the 20th it is picked up, I say wow great. Well, from the 20th to the 24th, the poor parcel barely arrived in the central warehouse in Bucharest, ok, maybe in a day or two, it will also arrive in the easybox in Otopeni, the final destination. I call the phone numbers listed on their website, nothing, I email them, nothing. Right, on the 27th the package is still in the central warehouse. I find a number of the local warehouse in Iași, I call. Someone answers the phone call, glimpse of hope. It's just that the young lady on the other end of the line decides to start the conversation with a lie: she says that the parcel has only now arrived in the central warehouse, I say no way madam, I have in front of me the history from your website and it arrived in deposit on the 24th at 8:30 am. She than adds that it will arrive at the easybox in Otopeni, depending on the number of parcels they have. And I say well, does that mean if you have a lot of parcels it might take another two weeks from now? she says calmly: yes. Stay away from so-called sameday "services" as much as possible. I'm only sorry I didn't do a google search, I would have come across the reviews here and I certainly wouldn't have gone to them. Do you recommend that I file a complaint with ANPC?

Very bad services

Very bad services

They don’t deliver - status shows parcel in their warehouse with days…

Customer services - inexistent

App built in support did not offer solutions; nobody will call you back

Over the phone you don’t have any chance to enter in contact with them. They will keep you on hold for 60 minutes then they will disconnect you

If possible chose any other courier service because it cannot be worse

They dont care about us

I understand u have tons of other packages, but u dont tell people when the delivery will arrive, or why its delayed.
One week for a pack of food for my dog.
The food company managed to deliver my pack in one day from budapest to Romania.
U need one week to deliver my pack from ilfov to sector 6.
How s that:))

Worst delivery ever.

Worst delivery ever.
Ordered something from vinted and its been 35 days and didn't came from Hungary to Greece.
Today is the last day from the second deadline and the item is still in international transit.

Takes the money and then doesn't actually deliver the services.

I tried to call this courier after they failed to deliver my package, just saying that the "EasyBox" is full and offering no alternative options.. no indication as to where it's being stored so I can collect it.. and not answering their phone, social media or emails.

What an absolute scam of a company these guys are. They're happy to take our money and allow you to select an available EasyBox destination.. just for that EasyBox to suddenly be unavailable on the day that they mark it "out for delivery". Time after time.. SAME behaviour.. and then a week after it should have been delivered, it just shows up at the box you selected.

I'm experiencing this again right now, another package, "EasyBox is full" and I decide that I'd rather go to their depot and pick it up.. but apparently, it's IMPOSSIBLE to determine where the package is located because they do not respond to ANYTHING.

Looked at their Facebook page too.. some people's packages have been stored for over 1 month!!! These poor people are commenting on their Facebook posts and not getting ANY responses.

This company should cease to exist. Also, a package delivered by eMAG managed to come all the way from Bulgaria and end up at the allocated EasyBox in the same period as the package that I'm currently waiting for.

Just goes to show that they're selective in their delivery and that they do not actually deliver based on when a package is picked up or when it should be delivered.. but based on whatever hidden criteria that they have in the background.

I think I'll be investigating options to sue this company for not providing the services that they are supposed to.

The fact that they mark an EasyBox as available and then fail to allocate that space is clearly misadvertising the services. If a box isn't available, then guess what.. it shouldn't be marked as available.. Instead, you take the money and just say "screw you, we'll deliver it whenever we feel like it and not answer any questions".

They should not exist.

NEVER SAMEDAY NEVER eMAG as long as they are working together

You may not avoid working with Sameday as long as you use eMAG on line shopping platform!!! At least in Romania.
I have to return a dishwasher in warranty to eMAG. They announced me Sameday will pick up the package one week ago, I received AWB last Tuesday, but the dishwasher is still at my door. And this is after I spent 5 times x 30 mins to contact the call centre of Sameday, talked with the operator and I was assured each time they will pick the package asp. Also one e-mail daily to eMAG.
I wonder who will compensate me for all the inconveniences created, including the period of non-use of an asset that I purchased in good faith!
Try to buy as rarely as possible with eMAG, while they collaborate with Sameday!
And Sameday, never use!

-10 stars!!! Packages stay in their warehouses for days and then sent you an email at 8:45pm, that you have until 9:30AM the next day to pick it up from their office at the other side of the city or it will be sent back to the sender... needless to say, it was ordered to a home address! And this charade is played with EVERY SINGLE order. To the online stores: don't use SAMEDAY, or lose all of your clients!

I would give 0 stars if I could, been calling them constantly, my package is probably lost but they didn't even tell the seller to release the funds. Worst experience EVER !!!! F U SAMEDAY, FROM ALL MY HEART !!

I got a messege that the package will…

I got a messege that the package will be delivered today, with the address changed from easybox to normal address, changed the address in app, and got called by a driver that was pretending to not hear me, and told that they dont regard the app. Estimated delivery was 27-31, and arrived in 24, do i realy need to take 2 weeks holiday to recieve 1 package?

Parcel is in the local warehouse since 13 days !

Parcel is in the local warehouse since 13 days, after just 3 days in transit ( international delivery ). Ok, there are delays for Christmas, ok the band pulling up parcels was deffect, however since 5 days there are no issues and still they do not deliver, nor update the app with info anymore. Called twice, made an official complaint, NOTHING!! They just don’t care! My feedback over the phone was that they should not pick up any more parcels until they deliver what they have in the warehouses…. I would give them ZERO but I don’t have this option

This company name should be…

This company name should be "Someday...Maybe...", which mean "Never". Extremely incompetent and irresponsible personal. Probably they steal some or more of the packages, no communication, no cooperation, and they are acting as completely debilis. Try to avoid them and stay away from Sameday.bg, what's an irony, as I already wrote their name should be "Someday". I wish them bankruptcy before Christmas 2024, it will be the best thing for them and for their customers.

To be avoided!

To be avoided!
The ease of use and flexibility of the services was their asset,
now they simply don't care anymore, they reduced the time for hosting the package,
they don't announce that it is not present at the locker and the last experience in mockery I could say,
I chose a pickup point and the package was deposited in another place, at the other end of Bucharest,
with the justification that they are crowded.

So, to make them less crowded, I won't use their services anymore.

NEVER AGAIN!

If you value your time and sanity never use this company! Absolutely incompetent! If you are purchasing from a company that is using them - do not purchase, you are unlikely to receive your package. They don't respond to emails, you must call them multiple times and after 20-30 min. wait each time they are rude and unhelpful. Someone even put the phone down on me after a 30 min wait. I will never use them or order from companies that use them again.

Bad experience with delivery and sameday app

After one failed attempt at delivery (no one was home to recieve it) they told me the package was in they storehouse and it will be delivered again soon. After one week of waiting I got a message saying my package is going to go back to the expeditor. Also there is absolutely 0 way to contact them in the area I live, no agency, no address, no phone number apart from the delivery guy's.
