I've had a Gastric Bypass through SAM patient services.
We were taken to Grandmedical hospital in Turkey.
Everything went fine, all was well, we had a translator and the staff were nice. Someone to take us to and from the hospital and airport for our flights which was lovely and took a lot of my worries away.
Thorough testing, then surgery, then being monitored while being encouraged to drink and walk regularly. Already back at home and back at work a week after surgery 😁

I was brought to a very small hole-in-the-wall clinic with a dentist that was wearing jeans. The front desk and operating area were in the same room and there were people walking all over the place and talking. When I tried to ask a question during the process they acted like it was a big burden. They rushed through the process and my teeth are still very sensitive after many weeks. Do not reccomend. Just find a good reputable dentistry hospital as it will be probably the same price and you will get much more professional service and don't have to worry what material they may be using in your mouth!

I had 22 Zirconium crowns and full mouth treatment with Sam Patient Services. The team was very professional. They explained very well what was going on.

I booked with Sam Patient Services last minute, due to a booking being cancelled last minute by another agency. I called Sam Patient Services and they immediately started to help me out, no questions asked.

My texts where answered in a timely manner. In a day my mother was booked for root cell treatment in both her knees. I was speechless with the efficiency and kindness shown towards myself & my mother.

On arrival, we found a very luxurious van waiting for us, we driven to the hotel so comfortably. The hotel was one of the best one can find in Izmir. On the day of the operation we where picked up once again and transferred to the hospital, everything was smooth. Dr Mustafa made us feel welcome and safe. Whilst waiting for my mother to finish surgery I was given a private room. Once again we where picked up and transferred to the hotel.

Each day we were contacted by Sam Patient Services to check if we were doing fine & if we needed anything.

On our departure we were once again picked up by a luxurious van and transferred to the airport.

I can not thank Sam Patient Services enough, for making us feel at home.

After years of yoyo dieting, l finally got to my 40s and nothing seemed to work. I started surfing the net looking for any type of surgery to lose weight on a more permanent basis. I found bariatric surgeries seemed effective. I researched on all of them & l settled for gastric bypass. The prices in UK were too high. Turkey had several places with way lower prices and reviews for most were really good. Competitive prices but much cheaper than UK. I got in contact with several places in Turkey and finally settled for SAM patient services. I chose this hospital because the Rep Murat was excellent in his communication skills. He answered most of my questions regarding what would take place from arrival. When asked about gastric surgeries he was able tell me what they do and then when asked safest and most effective, he would ask if he can get back to me as he would get the Consultant to explain abt the different surgeries etc.

He kept to his word as he would get back to me with the Consultant. This made me feel safe. Murat would send whatsapp updating on their countries entrance rules/regulations regarding COVID-19. He kept in touch until l was ready to travel then l paid my deposit.

I sent my travel details to Murat and he organised for me to picked at the airport by their transport service.  The car was as shown in pics he sent me. It was comfortable, cool inside with nice cold water bottles. On arrival to Hospital l was met by a gentleman called Melih. He spoke english, he was pleasant to talk to. He took me up to private ensuite room, this is situated within the general hospital but its a private wing.

Melih helped me settle in. I was offered food and drink and told as of middnight l would be nil by mouth. I met the nursing staff who where all so pleasant. I had my bloods done, ecg and x-ray that night.

In the morning l met the consultant Dr Osman who explained the 2 types of gastric bypass and the risks both had etc. I went for a mini gastric bypass. Prior to going for surgery l was visited by Murat and l was happy to finally meet him face to face. Murat, Melih and another colleague stayed with me in lounge part of my room with comfortable sofas. They made me feel at ease as l was really anxious about the surgery.

My surgery went well. I had nurses who were proactive, kept checking up on me and when the pain became unbearable, it didn't matter what time, 0200hrs etc the consultant would reachable and advise, then by 8am he would be at my beside making sure l was healing properly, encouraging  me to drink water, take a 5 min walk etc.
The team were all so professional and visited daily sometimes twice a day just checking up on me, asking if l needed anything etc.

I would like to say a big thank you to Murat, Dr Osman, Melih and Enes for their support and ensuring l was comfortable 24/7. I had all their contact details & could call anytime if l needed anything.

Anyone thinking of going to Turkey for bariatric surgery l would recommend Sam Patient Services 100%. From arrival up until the day l left they were there for me. I had issues with my flights being cancelled and Murat offered me to stay in the Hospital until l got flights sorted. I spent last night in a hotel near the airport and still Murat arranged transport from hotel to airport which he did not have too.

Highly recommended 100%. In the 5 days l was there, its like they were family. Again a very big thank you to Murat, Dr Osman,  melih & Enes, not forgetting the nursing staff who did excellent deliverance of patient care.

I had gastric sleeve surgery this week and have to say I couldn’t fault my experience. I was taken very good care of from the moment I arrived in Turkey the surgeon and nursing staff were amazing and kept me comfortable and informed at all times. Anyone considering bariatric surgery I would highly recommend.

I strongly recommend this company Sam Patient Services.
I traveled over from Ireland to get my teeth fixed I was looking at a Hollywood smile so I got 19 crowns fitted.
I was picked up by the driver at the airport in a fancy car and brought straight to the hotel which by the way was very nice and clean.
The hotel is 4 stars and based right in the middle of town walking distance to 2 shopping centres and lots of cafes.
I started my treatment the next day he brought me to the dentist to have my crowns fitted which she was very friendly and put me at ease straight away as I was nervous she really is very skilled at her job.
all the staff were very friendly I had19 crowns fitted and they did such a wonderful job.
And it was very good value for all the work they did and such a good level of customer service from everybody.

Great service through out but let down by communication issues especially with language problems in the hospital otherwise would have been 5 stars.

This is a great place to have your surgery I had my vertical sleeve surgery here which has been very successful thank you to Belgi who made this possible for me and a big thank you to Dr Ozman he was a fantastic surgeon who has lots of experience and has helped me be successful with my surgery.
One month later I am 37lbs slews that’s amazing and I feel in better health day by day. Good hospital staff that took care of me very friendly and helpful people. Thank you again for all you help.

wanted to get weight loss surgery to help me loose some weight . I was unhappy in my body and tried many things to help shed the weight but they were of no use . I had gastric sleeve surgery nearly 5 weeks ago now and I am very happy with how it all went. I chose Sam patient services because I found the company to be very helpful and their response was very quick. Bilgi was very helpful and even arranged both mine and my daughters surgery so that I could go to her appointments with her as my daughter is a nervous patient. We we're met at the airport and taken to our hotel in the VIP car, the hotel was lovely, just a shame we couldn't use the facilities but that was due to covid. Everything went well at the hospital and my surgery also went well too. Dr Osman was very nice and explained my procedure fully. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hospital manager even bought me a present on my last day. I am very pleased with my overall experience, I have lost 12kg so far. I would highly recommend Sam patient services to anyone who is thinking of going to Turkey to have a gastric sleeve or any other procedure and I thank all of the staff for their help and support 😊
