Great company and products!
The package arrived to my address and was in perfect condition. It wasn’t hard to sign up to get the free samples either. The product was also nicely packaged and I enjoyed the size of the moisturizing cream I got from CeraVe.

There is no tracking record after the package was sent, and I don't know where it was sent at all. I haven't received my first package yet. It has been more than 2 months since you sent it!

I love trying new samples out but…
I love trying new samples out but haven't been receiving all of the samples which is quite upsetting. I hope Sampler can fix the website so we can actually track where the packages are and when it arrives.

I have be been a member of Sampler for many years I received lots of samples over the years.If you keep up with your reviews you will receive boxes of samples. Sampler is one of the best sampler sites to receive free products in exchange for reviews that I belong to and I belong to several of them. They're definitely worth signing up for. Check your accounts often for new samples and keep up with the reviews.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE!
Customer service is a department that most companies usually could use some improvement upon, but Sampler has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have experienced in a long time dealing with similar companies. Sampler went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations both times that I reached out to customer service for help with my orders. The response was very fast and reliable. They answered every question I had and fixed every concern, whereas, recently I have experienced companies that will not even acknowledge you as a customer. With Sampler, you can count on them to help you with anything you need! I was blown away at how fast and friendly their responses were, BOTH times that I needed them. Customer service us a rarity out there and to all the similar companies out there--take a lesson from Sampler and ALWAYS provide great customer service because without customers, you are no longer a business. Sampler has their priorities straight and I am still impressed! Thanks for all your help, Sampler!

I love sampler
I love sampler although the shipping was delayed greatly the products come well packaged and a decent and fair amount is given unlike other places. Most of the time the samples from other places the samples given aren't even enough for results to start to show let alone give a honest review. That's not the case with sampler. I hope to get more soon. Thanks sampler
