Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many consumers appreciate the opportunity to try various products, including snacks, personal care items, and pet supplies, often finding the selection to be good and the items arriving in good condition. People also enjoy the ease of navigating the website and the interactive elements, such as games, that make the experience engaging. The sign-up process is generally seen as straightforward, and many find the platform a fun way to discover new products without cost. However, some people were dissatisfied with the delivery service, reporting significant delays and, in some cases, never receiving products they qualified for. There are also concerns about the website, with some describing it as a "nightmare" due to spam pop-ups and links to other companies. A few other people also felt that the company sometimes sends smaller samples than advertised and that negative feedback on products is not always accepted or processed.

When I first started this

When I first started this, things were great. However, as time went on, they claimed to have given me my gift cards I won but I never received them. They refused to resend me the email with the copy of the gift cards. Not to mention customer service is bullshit. They do not care about you. I also can apply for a product, then it says I qualify but I never get the product.

!!! BEWARE OF SPAM !!!

Pretty much the worst sampling site I've come across. I have been a member for many years and it used to not be THIS bad but then they kept changing up the rewards cash-out system making people re-start their progress they worked weeks, and sometimes months, on. There are so many better options (Highlight, Influenster, ProductReportCard, Pinecone, FurBuddies, Kitchen Insiders, etc) that send out full-sized quality products without all the frustrating pop-up ads, the unwanted magazine subscriptions, the spam calls and spam emails, and most importantly, one's that don't sell your information so you can get a cat treat and Downy samples HOPEFULLY by next year.

Needs a Lot of Improvement

PinchMe is not entirely a scam as some people claim, as it does in fact send you free samples, but they do have a ton of issues. They make frequent changes to the site and how it operates. Most recently, they got rid of the coins/points system. You now get free shipping on all items but must qualify for at least 4 items before your box is sent out. That may not sound too bad, but it is incredibly difficult to qualify for samples. I, on average, qualify for one sample out of every 15-20 I apply for (that is not an exaggeration, I did the math). So it takes forever to qualify for enough products to ship your box. Said shipping is incredibly slow; you will wait months for your package. The most recent box I got from them took about 5 months between me qualifying for the items and them arriving at my house. And keep in mind that all this waiting is typically for single-use/sample size items. You will very rarely receive a full-size product from them. They have recently added a new category called "bonus products" where instead of applying for a product as you typically would, you automatically receive a freebie for completing tasks such as downloading an app, signing up for a service, etc. I have not been able to get this to work for me at all. I have completed several of the tasks but the website will not register them as complete or add the product to my box.

They’ve ruined it

They’ve ruined it. They’ve changed everything and it sucks now. You don’t get products to apply for everyday anymore. I do not like the way the new one is that you get more products if you download apps and sign up for things you don’t want. It did NOT use to be like that you could actually get a chance at more products.

Was a good site for testing different products but lately it's almost impossible to get an offer.Even if you may qualify for one or two you need to have 4 products in your bag so that they can be shipped to you.I think I'm going to leave this program.I'm just wasting my time.

Most freebie site are flakes but this one is not. Got a coupon for free product. Made my first review as a product tester. I’m happy with the opportunity and products that PINCH me has.

I used to really enjoy PinchMe

I used to really enjoy PinchMe. I got free products quite often. Recently they updated their website and it is flooded with ads. Now you have to be approved for 4 products in order for them to be shipped out. I feel it’s a scam because I’ll get approved for a couple products but never make it to 4. Which makes me think they’re just scamming us for the info you give in order to be approved. Not cool! On top of that, It’s hard to apply for products because of the continuous pop ups. I feel PinchMe is totally different and not in a good way. I’m Deleting my account.

I've been using Pinchme for a year

I've been using Pinchme for a year. I've really tried to love them, but it just doesn't work because they're deceptive and come across as scammers. I've had about three packages that took an extremely long time to arrive. After receiving my first box, I couldn't log in anymore. The website just crashed when I tried to visit it. I eventually tried logging in with other browsers, but no luck until I tried with Opera Mini, which worked. Then I received my second box. I participated in three services, and points were deducted from me. It said I was selected. I didn't see anything coming, so I checked again to see which products were supposed to arrive, and without any updates, I saw that I wasn't receiving the products because there weren't enough. I was so angry and didn't get my points back. I'm trying to log in again, but it's not working anymore—not on my PC, not on Opera Moni, and not on any other websites. I'm really done with them. I can't even contact their help desk because nothing will open.

Once they were better

I have been with them for several years and it was decent until they revamped their program recently. I was earning points daily which could be used for shipping. Then they stopped giving points then they told you to use the points to bid on stuff but the links were missing. Now I have qualified to get a package with "One more activity". So I find one and attempt to complete it I complete it Nothing gets "added" to my box I contact both companies for this offer, Pinch Me and the company with the link which was on the Pinch Me site Both companies denied that they had any involvement in this I provided screen shots showing the offer but so far nothing is resolving. And it does take forever to get these packages. You get an immediate email saying your package is being shipped. They you wait. And wait. I am waiting for things that were promised to me last summer

Shady scam

Shady scam site that claims to give free stuff, but the only thing I got was a SINGLE Bandaid. Every other item I applied for nothing happened. And apparently in exchange for the single bandaid, they got to sign me up for a whole bunch of unwanted magazine subscriptions. Meghan from customer service was quick to remind me this is my fault because I apparently did not opt out of the fine print when I applied for the products. I have zero interest in Wine Spectator, Meghan. I don’t even drink wine, why would I knowingly sign up for that? I don’t take pleasure in wasting paper the same way you do in duping people so you can sell their information to third parties. This site is pathetic.

This site is BS

This site is BS. They asked me to come back to sign up with them. They refuse me two years ago and I got a email recently to come back and give it a try. I have been signed up for one week now and have signed up to every sample they have available and I have not received One offer yet so I think this is a scam. Don’t even waste your time. “GARBAGE “

Does not honor what you're told you'll receive

Received an email that I had qualified for a $300 Amazon gift card. All orders take weeks to receive unless are specified as 'expedited shipping'. I contacted support only to be informed that it was a glitch and that the allotment had been exceeded, but it never showed that in my orders nor did I receive any email about it until I inquired why I still had not received it.

I believe this is a scam company

I believe this is a scam company. I have been applying for products for over a year++ and never received ANYTHING. My account says I didn’t check out items in time, which is bs. I have two items sitting since November that haven’t shipped.
The site is a nightmare of spam pop-ups and links to other companies.
As a long-term Influenster, PinchMe doesn’t even compare. It seems this is a false advertising site to drive engagement for brands rather than provide samples to review. What a complete waste of time, effort and beyond frustrating!!
