installed it on qwindows 10 and connected a samsung j5. Once it had connected to the mobile it asked me to purchase the software in order to use it. I declined and un-installed the pgm. However, it kept on active on the mobile without any way to stop it. This now means that the mobile is not working and I cannot get in contact via Kies.
