Upon placing your order, you would have received an email right away notifying you that your order had now progressed to production.

As mentioned, in our Delivery and Shipping Conditions, all pieces are made to order and can take up to (3) weeks to be completed.

Our customer service team will be in touch with you, to give you an update as your order is still within the (3) week made to order timeframe.

If you’re looking for amazing quality cultured diamonds look no further !!

I absolutely would recommend Samuel and Stone to all my family and friends !!! They are amazing to deal with and have outstanding customer service. In addition their professionalism and the quality of their pieces is second to none. I love the fact I am purchasing an ethical cultured diamond. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back to purchase more sentimental pieces.

The girls at Samuel and Stone were incredibly helpful throughout my journey to find the right statement piece for me. They made the experience smooth and stress free and I ended up with an amazing piece of jewellery. It’s even better knowing that it was an ethical and honest purchase!
