I got a number of delicate chain pieces — necklace, bracelets and anklet — and I love them all. I like really fine jewellery with subtle details and these have been perfect. I’ve worn the necklace almost every day for almost a year now, including in the shower, and it still looks brand new! Honestly can’t fault the pieces or experience.

My husband spent $150 on a mystery box for me which included an anklet which broke the first day I wore it. They refuse to offer a replacement which is absolutely ridiculous considering the amount of money he spent.

Piece is exactly as advertised. If not better. Looks perfect to wear. Delivery was quick and packing great. Customer service team is very helpful with answering questions in had. Will buy from The Traveller Series again

I truly love the pieces from TTS. They are timeless and elegant and make me feel just the right amount elevated. My first purchase was the Elise hoop earrings and they were gorgeous! Quality pearls and loved the simple and classic design. The packaging was also so thoughtful and beautiful, such an added treat.

I then got engaged and only wanted TTS earrings for my wedding! I got the Samantha II and it did not disappoint. The best thing is that I can use it for special or even everyday occasions and I always get compliments. (You can undo the bottom 2 pearls and wear it as single pearl earrings! Brilliant) Would HIGHLY recommend TTS products!

The Traveller Series created the most beautiful custom pair of earrings for me for my wedding day in 2022, now named the ‘Alisa’ earring, these were designed to match my style and dress perfectly. I had so many compliments on the day and have been able to wear them many times over the past 4 years with either the pearl studs or the full earring together.
I couldn’t recommend The Traveller Series more for beautiful and modern wedding jewellery.

I actually bought my wedding dress to suit this necklace, rather than the other way around. I was looking for jewellery for my wedding but hadn't committed to any particular piece until I saw the Elisse Three Row Pearl Choker. I even got it custom made for a particular length and had such a good experience with the process. I have worn the necklace multiple times since and always get compliments. No regrets!

The moment I saw the Elisse 3 Row Pearl Choker I fell in love with it. It’s such a beautiful and timeless piece. I’ve been wearing it for a long time now and the quality is still amazing - it still looks just as gorgeous as when I first got it.

I honestly get so many compliments whenever I wear it, and I was so happy with the quality that I also purchased an anklet. Tiffany’s jewellery is definitely some of my favourite to wear and my go-to!

Very annoying. I bought a birthstone necklace for my daughter born in July - Tiffany had advertised this jewellery as being waterproof and tarnish proof. All the socials and her website said this! (I note that this has now all been taken down which is very suspicious considering all the bad reviews on this website!!!!)

When I put the birthstone necklace on at the beach, the plating had tarnished and quite literally, dissolved in patches off the chain. I emailed and waited days for a response. Tiffany's customer service is very patronising and she insinuated I did something wrong with the jewellery instead of owning up to the poor quality jewellery. To make matters worse, the almost $200 necklace I spent my hard earned money on, I found on alibaba for a mere dollar. Not happy.

I saw this brand on an ad through Instagram and thought some of their pieces looked cute! I had to get something for my wedding and purchased weeks in advance because I am very anxious about late delivery etc.

Everything was fine until my wedding day. Note that I tried the earrings on - they were the Samantha II prior to my wedding to ensure they would work well, and they did.

I was literally walking DOWN the aisle only to feel something drop from my face and onto the floor - my earrings. The strand of metal the pearls were hanging on dropped in half.

I was obviously confused - I had spent almost $300 on these. I had to leave them because I was in the middle of a ceremony and had to just wear them just as the studs for the remainder of my wedding. When I eventually got into contact with the team, I had to wait 2 weeks to hear a generic response and to be told that nothing was wrong with my earrings and I must've been mishandling them.

Sorry!? Why would I purchase almost $300 worth of earrings and mishandle them during my ceremony as I'm walking DOWN the aisle!? I was then told that I couldn't receive a refund, and that if I wanted a new pair, I would have to PAY FOR A NEW ONE. With a measly 20% off.

Never again. NEVER SHOP HERE.

I had the most wonderful experience with The Traveller Series. From the very beginning, Tiff made everything feel so personal and special. I booked a one-on-one styling session with Tiff to help select my bridal jewellery, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process.

Tiff was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to really understand the vision I had for my wedding day - the overall look I was going for, the finish and tones I preferred and the finer details of my dress. She carefully guided me through different options, explaining how each piece would complement my gown without overpowering it. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead I felt completely supported and understood.

What made the experience even more special was how collaborative it felt. Tiff was so invested in helping me create something unique and meaningful. In fact, she even added a new style named after me, which is such an incredible honour! It made me feel so valued as a bride and a client.

I received my pieces yesterday and I am absolutely blown away. The quality is stunning, the craftsmanship is impeccable, and they are even more beautiful in person than I imagined. Trying them on made everything feel so real - I could instantly picture how they’ll complete my bridal look.

Now I just can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day….. even if I do have to wait until November. Thankyou Tiff for such a thoughtful, personalised and unforgettable experience. I couldn’t recommend The Traveller Series more highly 🤍

Funny that all of a sudden all these "5 star reviews" are coming in on the same days that all sound exactly the same. If you can stomach reading them, they all talk about product longevity, passing them down as 'heirlooms', and versatility of wear—all things their marketing team overhype on their bland ads.

She claims to have 20,000 sales yet only 80-odd reviews on the website, all of them positive...yet all the negative reviews found on Facebook, Trustpilot and Reddit didn't make it to the website? The owner deletes bad reviews from her website and floods TrustPilot with fake 5 star reviews.

I had a terrible experience myself. Customer service is bad and the owner is very condescending, argumentative and rude. Pearl quality is average and the metals tarnish quickly. She is delusional and thinks her product is amazing quality-just look at the prices she charges for flash plated metal and glued pearls. They expect you to pay for returns, pay a restocking fee (!!!) and you can ONLY receive store credit to purchase more of their cheap junk.

!!! AVOID THIS BRAND !!! v expensive mistake for me.

Purchased a stunning pair of pearl earrings from the Traveller Series for my 30th birthday 4 years ago and and still wearing them today!The quality and customer service has been superb. I would strongly recommend! I am about to purchase a matching pearl necklace for me and my partner.

I recently purchased the Samantha II drop earrings from the Traveller Series and couldn’t be happier. They are even more beautiful in person — elegant, timeless and incredibly well crafted.

I've been wearing my TTS jewellery since 2020 - absolutely love the timeless designs and enduring quality. I highly recommend buying from The Traveller Series. I purchased the Elisse Double Pearl Hook earrings over three years ago and have worn them countless times. They are still in perfect condition. I loved wearing them on my wedding day, and I’ve also enjoyed wearing them for everyday occasions. They’re classy, beautiful, and high quality.

I’ve been buying from The Traveller Series since December 2022. My first pieces were the Alisa Pearl Earrings and the Adeline 3 Row Choker, and I was immediately impressed by how refined and well-made they felt.

Since then, I’ve purchased 10 pieces in total — 1 bracelet, 2 necklaces, and 7 pairs of earrings, many from the pearl collection, including the Pim Petite, Kimberly Pearl Hoops, and Samantha II Earrings. Every piece has been consistent in quality and design, and each of them looks as good as the day I bought them.

Their jewellery has truly become a staple in my wardrobe. It pairs effortlessly with a wide range of looks — from everyday casual-chic outfits to more sophisticated evening wear — without ever feeling overdone. The designs are timeless, elegant, and easy to wear.

After more than three years as a customer, I’m very happy with everything I’ve bought, and I’ll definitely continue adding to my collection.
