I had been searching for the perfect Christmas present for my wife and knew exactly what I wanted , I found the piece at a great price on the S&R website, I sent an email on the Friday night with a couple of questions, I was contacted by Jeanette on the Saturday, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, questions were answered, deposit paid , the item was taken off sale , as soon as all was completed it was sent to me perfectly wrapped the next day , and is excalty as described, i was kept up to date at every step, they will definitely be my first call for my next purchase

Having previously bought from S&R Jewellers, I had no hesitation in making this latest purchase. Their customer service is excellent.

My online purchase was followed up by a telephone call from the company to make sure that all details were correct and to update me regarding delivery. They were very helpful when I asked if dispatch could be delayed for 24 hours as I would be away from my home address.

My purchase arrived at the designated time and was extremely well packaged. The ring was exactly as described and pictured on their website.

Bought a few pieces and sold a few pieces. They have lots of high end jewellery for sale and although you may get more if you sell privately their payment and attention to detail is exemplary. Delivery of jewellery is usually next working day too.

Prompt and friendly service. Felt I could buy with confidence and the call that came shortly after the order was placed gave me further reassurance. As I mentioned, I only sent the watch away for my own peace of mind regarding authenticity. It was found to have a beat error and amplitude problem, suggesting it has taken a bang. The seller advising me this was a watch they have sold on someone else’s behalf blah blah is bullshit as when I was contacted the lady told me she had personally inspected it and was tag registered and trained so I could trust her. I can’t see why she didn’t test it if she had gone to the trouble of inspecting it. Just lies from the off. I really would not recommend these at all. £390 to get the watch repaired to the right standard at tag and they expect me to send it back to them for repair even though they missed the fault themselves 😂 ridiculous
