Went to buy a bracelet
Went to buy a bracelet. The seller had no idea about the bracelet jewellery house I had to explain her what it was , well done for the expertise!, I was quite fast as I knew what I wanted. While I was paying a couple came in to retrieve a watch. The store “owner” needed a space, the other table was occupied so she stand in front of me so that I could hurry to pay.Not to say that I thought that it was appalling that an expensive jewellery had so poor manners. So this rude women “owner “ stands in front of me to rush me out. Of course now the jewellery was paid!
Conclusion: I will never ever put foot in there again.

Not great, feel a bit bumped
I purchased a beautiful tag watch, I was called almost instantly to tell me they couldn’t find the box or papers but they give me a discount so I accepted.
Due to this I sent off to tag to get it a basic service to confirm authenticity, this is £80….
Tag contacted me to say the watch is damaged, not working properly and will cost £390 to fix, I emailed these and heard nothing back so went ahead with repair as I’d have to lose £80 for the initial send in anyway. The seller have told me I should have sent it back to them to check and repair, considering they missed the fault when they had it, I don’t really trust that process and expect a manufacture repair as warranty anyway. So no refund for the cost I have incurred at all. I am then told that they were selling the watch for someone else, the warranty is with them.. makes the initial box and paper story seem a little bit suspect to me and tbh I wouldn’t buy from them again, real shame

On the 22nd July 2025, you purchased the Tag watch from us. At the point of sale we identified that the box and warranty card were not present. We immediately contacted you and offered either a partial refund of £200 (which you accepted) or a full refund (which you declined).
On 12th September, you informed us that you had sent the watch to Tag Heuer for authenticity checks and they had found a fault. This was the first time we were made aware of any issue with the watch, and unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to inspect or resolve the matter before it was sent to the manufacturer.
For all our watches, we use only Tag Heuer-accredited service agents or, where necessary, the original manufacturer. After receiving your email on the 12th we attempted to call you, but the number provided was incorrect. We then followed up by email, arranging a pre-paid courier package for you to return the watch for assessment, and offered either a repair under our warranty or a full refund.
As standard practice, the warranty for a pre-owned piece is always with the seller rather than the manufacturer. As the watch went directly to the manufacturer rather than through our service channels, we’re unable to cover third-party repair costs.
We take authenticity and after-sales support very seriously and had no knowledge of any fault prior to the sale. We remain happy to assist within the terms of our warranty if you’d like us to assess the watch.

Found the new bracelet and purchased it, hassle free, arrived although it didn’t have a certificate which I already knew about prior to making the purchase. My only concern was wound it fit and it did. I’m not selling it anytime soon.
