I wanted to sell an old gold ring. I know there are plenty of online “send us your gold and we’ll send you the money” offering maybe more but I’d always steer clear of that type of dealer. Posh Pawn weighed my item, offered me a good price then went through the paperwork and ID checks, paid me cash and I was out of there in 20 minutes. All pretty easy really. I’d do it again.

I was looked after by a very nice young lady called Shona who was very friendly and professional. I have terminal cancer and she made me feel very uncomfortable. I would recommend you to anyone who asked.

I found them on the Internet, sent a message and in less than 2 minutes I got a call from them, the Richmond branch. I spoke with a lady who took me the whole process of who they are and what they do, what they take and don't take. I went to the shop on the same day. I was attended to promptly . The staff were friendly, efficient and yet official too. A real balance to work ethics . I was impressed as they put a smile on my face with the price offered for the item I took there .

Today I spoke to a very nice lady who was very helpful and we made a deal

I would say they are a fair company with offers on the low side for bags
I cannot comment on anything else they buy as it’s my first dealings with them
