Szeretnénk pontosítani az Ön által jelzett visszaküldési kérelemmel kapcsolatban néhány fontos információt.
Sajnálattal tájékoztatjuk, hogy a termék visszaküldésére irányuló kérelmét jelen esetben már nem áll módunkban elfogadni, mivel a jogszabályban meghatározott 14 napos elállási határidő lejárt.
A fogyasztót internetes vásárlás esetén a 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet a fogyasztó és a vállalkozás közötti szerződések részletes szabályairól alapján illeti meg az indokolás nélküli elállási jog. A rendelet értelmében a fogyasztó az áru átvételétől számított 14 napon belül jogosult jelezni elállási szándékát.
Mivel ez a határidő az Ön esetében már lejárt, a visszaküldést sajnos nem tudjuk eljárás keretében elfogadni. Tájékoztatjuk továbbá, hogy a termék visszavételét ebben a késői időpontban már a gyártó sem tudja biztosítani számunkra.
Megértjük, hogy ez kellemetlen lehet, azonban minden vásárlónkra ugyanazok a jogszabályi feltételek vonatkoznak, amelyeket következetesen alkalmaznunk kell.
