Power Sphere
I ordered the power sphere without looking at the whole website. (my mistake) The power sphere requires an adapter, as It is made in another country. I did not order it and was greatly disappointed. The customer service with this co. was wonderful and I will definitely order from them again. Customer service is the exception and the reason I will use this co. again

I ordered the power sphere without the adapter thinking it would work. I was wrong and disappointed that I couldn’t use it right away when I got it. Customer service was excellent by helping me order the adapter. Hopefully it will work. Best customer service I have ever received.
