Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as…

Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as promised. Initially they appeared lost but Sanrico followed up and they were delivered in days. I have not used the Welding Rods yet so I can not comment. I would like to give kudos to the Customer Support staff as they were very timely in following up with my questions. I would recommend this company as reliable/dependable supplier.

Welding rods don't work for me

Welding rods don't work for me. I'm a 25 year welder and metal fabricator. I had to use a rosebud to get metal hot enough to melt their rods. The rods they show on video are alittle bigger in diameter than the ones they send you. They won't give you a tracking shipment number when shipped. A hassle it was to find out where my order was.Took to long to get. Won't do business with them anymore.

First of all, we are extremely sorry for the delay in delivery of your welding rods. Тhere were several unexpected circumstances from our carrier that impeded the delivery of your package. Your package was lost by the delivery company so we had to reship a new item. We informed you whithin 24h about the situation after receiving your email.

Regarding our products, we are sorry our add was not clear enough for you and that you couldn't make them work. There are a few reasons why your welding rods did not work such as dirty metal surface, low settings, poor flux quality, etc...

For your information, the refund policy is displayed on each page of the webstore and on the checkout page. Our customers can ask for a refund 14 days after they receive the package. We unfortunately never received any emails from your asking for a return.

Please contact our customer service if you need more informations.

Fantastic company to deal with

Fantastic company to deal with. I had somehow put the wrong address on my order and they went out of there way to see that I got my product. Above and beyond care for for customer service. Thank you so much.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. I got an answer to my problem in hours. I bought the item as a gift and having no experience with power tools didn't realize it need an adapter. I contacted them and one is now on its way. Free post and a discount.

Customer who think he knows it all :)

I didn't think I needed the adapter, boy was I wrong. The response was fast and gave me the help I needed. The even gave me a discount on the adapter when it was my fault and not theirs. Great job guys.

Sanrico has no customer service!

I bought two square drills and received them ok.
What was not mention anywhere is that you need a special drill stand for these square drills.

So I sent an email to their costomer support email.
I sent 10 emails, no reply.

There is no customer service!!

DO NOT BUY

I recommend to anyone DO NOT buy there products. Both items I have purchased have been of very poor quality and do not work as advertised but instead are total junk. What's worse is there is no reply to any emails after the initial 'someone will be in touch within 24hrs' lie which is sent following an email. I will NEVER purchase from them again and am telling everyone I know to do the same. Total rip off !

we have noticed that you placed 3 different orders with us.

Your orders 37449 (30 rods) and 37450 (100 rods) placed on april 22nd were both received on may 19th. We did not receive any complaints from you before the 26th of july.

Your third order 43110 for the ultimate drill bits has been placed on may 29th. You received the package on june 23rd and sent us an email asking for a refund on june 30th.

According to the refund policy the customer can ask us for a refund for 15 days after receiving the order. (check this link for more informations : https://sanrico.com/pages/refund-policy)

As a result, we can not refund your two first orders. Your refund has been made last week regarding your order 43110.

Please check your bank account.

square drills

I ordered the square drills and as another reviewer pointed out, they don't work without an adapter which Sanrico don't sell even though they use one on their promo video. Sanrico have now offered me a refund of the drill bits, which was kind of them. I would like to see them offer the missing adapter on their website, so that whole solutions can be bought.

On a commercial basis we have decided to refund entirely your item even if it is in perfect conditions and you contacted us one month after you received your package.
