I ordered the Sanrico easy square drill bit assuming from the brief video shown that it would work on my drill press with no problem. It came with no instructions so when I tried it I could not get it to work. I tried to contact Sanrico for tech support however they do not have a phone number to call for an actual conversation. Upon doing some more research I learned that this bit will not work without a special mortising attachment for drill presses. After a few emails to Sanrico contact website I was informed to the same solution; however Sanrico does not make this attachment so I will be looking for another source. They have offered to refund my cost of their drill bit.

This company strong arms to get good reviews. Example. I wasn’t told I needed an adapter for the power ball, and upon reading other complaints, this was typical. I could not use it without paying more for the adapter. Screw that. So they offer it for free…only if I give a 4 or 5 star review. F them. That’s dishonest and probably illegal. Trustpilot is aware these asshats from Sanrico do this and now you are as well if you are reading this. My earlier 4 star review was just to get the damned adapter. Which I have now. Lol. F U you Sanrico. I played ya at your own game. Never EVER going to buy ANYTHING from them again, plus I will bad mouth them on other social media, as that’s what they have coming to them for being dishonest in dealing with people. Screw ‘em.

I give Sanrico 5 stars because they went above and beyond what they needed to do to satisfy me. The best part about the order is that I read it wrong and was 100 % my mistake and they made it right at no cost to me. I'm a very SATISFIED customer. Thank You Jeff

I purchased the powerplane woodcarving disk. I am a little disappointed in the durability. Despite damage to 2 of the blades I can still use it with satisfying results. I will purchase again.

I ordered three items in early May 2021 and received one in about three weeks. The other two did not show up for a long time. I repeated the order of the other two and sent a few emails to get feedback on delivery expectations. the response was unsatisfactory claiming one item was delivered mid May.
The overall ordered came within two days apart by June 20th. I am satisfied with the product but concerned with the delivery and the extra effort needed to track the order.

I ordered the low temp aluminum welding rods. I got a little nervous when the tracking said it had been delivered but I did not receive anything. I checked the web site under FAQ and found the answer I was looking for so it seemed to me this was not that unusual to them. I waited several days as it said but still a no show with my order. I contacted them and explained the issue. They returned my email fairly quick and got to work tracking down what happened to my order. After about 2 days my order showed up. I sent an email to give them the heads up I got my order. All is good. International mail can be quirky sometimes. Would I do business with them again? Yes.

The saga continues. Sanrico has not refunded my money, as they stated they would. Rather, they repeatedly tried to get me to change my review by offering first a gift card and the adapter, and then a refund, if and only if I first modified my review, presumably to their satisfaction. I refused on the grounds that what I said in my review was true: buyers should beware for the reasons stated. I then said I would return the two items I had ordered. The website says easy returns. But of course that is also not true. Sanrico replied that is was too late - which of course was technically true since the parts took so long to arrive and then they wasted even more of my time with their attempts to get me to change my review. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary to warn others so as to save them the frustration and disappointment I have experienced. Anyway, I am done with Sanrico. Should they reply to this post, I would suggest taking their response with a grain of salt.

Their customer service is non-existent. I wrote multiple emails and they did not reply so I asked to return the product and they did not reply either. They don't provide a phone number so emails are the only way to communicate with them and if they choose not to reply there is nothing you can do.

First time I ever dealt with this company. Very satisfied with my purchase, and I did have a small issue, so I contacted the company. They responded to my issue within 24 hours, and went above and beyond what I was expecting to help me out. I was very impressed with their customer service, and in the future if I need a woodworking tool, this will be the first website/company I check.

In the past I have ordered various items from Sanrico without any problems. My last order for a Profile Tool got somehow lost in transit. I contacted the Customer Service Department about it how got things sorted out and rectified very quickly for me. For that reason, I give them full marks. Well done.
