The customer service is excellent because I needed the adapter which I didn't know I needed at the time of purchase and they stepped up to the plate and provided the appropriate information to acquire it. As soon as I use it I will write another review but I'm sure based on previous reviews from others that it will be a very good product

I recently ordered the spherical attachment for my angle grinder.
I did not realize you needed the adaptor as well.
I emailed Sanrico and they answered my email within 24 hours. They do no sell the adaptor separately, but the made an acceptation for me and sent me a private link to order the adaptor. They went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service.

After a few weeks of waiting for my order of product I still hadn’t received anything. I contacted the company and was very impressed with the quick response from them. Not only did they check into it promptly but will be shipping my product to me for free. Not sure exactly what happened by ordering online but very happy and thankful to know that some companies are still showing great customer service and care about their customers. Truly appreciate everything they have done for me. Above and beyond! I will definitely order from them again in the near future.

My item was never received after waiting a month, turns out my zip code was wrong. I emailed customer service and finally got it squared away. I'm giving a good review because in these crazy Covid times where everyone uses "pandemic" for the excuse of poor customer service, I'm grateful for any customer service at all!

I have placed 3 orders since discovering Sanrico. All have shipped promptly and have been quality products. I can give their customer service the best rating possible because I made an error in ordering and they went over and above service when getting me the needed part. This should be everyone's go to place for tools etc.

I own several of their products and been very happy with them. The last one I forgot to order an adapter ( didn’t see that option when I ordered) I was very frustrated when I couldn’t attach it my angle grinder. It took on e-mail and a had a response within hours and my problem was solved you ca not get better customer service. I know I can order with confidence from this company.

There was a USPS shipping issue. Sanrico stayed in touch with me and together the issue was resolved and I received the products I purchased. All in all, customer service saved the day.

First time visiting their website & after looking around at all what they had to offer, I found out needed a few more things from them. Really a diverse catalog.
Received my downloadable plans before I could even make a file on my computer to keep them ! ! !
Looking over the plans, they are very complete and detailed completely where needed. Really love the format they are in. Someone has a real talent and went to a lot of work for their first issue. Looking forward to the next issue.

This was my first time ordering from Sanrico and the USPS misdelivered my order to my home. However, Sanrico customer service was great and very responsive and found out the problem and promptly reshipped my order. Cannot wait to start on my garden path!
