Late And Incorrect And Missing Items......

After requesting my order be sent on the 1st December 2025 and with no replies to my emails or phone calls as to its whereabouts the package finally arrived today (20th December 2025).
Unfortunately there was no Plush Teddy and the Santa Sack had the wrong name printed on it. Thank goodness the letter was correct!
I have been using this company for many years but never again! So disappointing!

Really Disappointed, No Zoom Call and No Support

I booked two Zoom calls with Santa for my children, scheduled for 16th December. The website said the meeting links would be emailed an hour before the calls, but no links ever arrived. I kept checking my inbox, spam, and all other folders constantly, but nothing was sent.

I tried calling the contact number several times, but it just went straight to voicemail. I left messages, but no one has called me back. For a paid service (£12.99 each) and something my children were really excited for, this was incredibly disappointing.

I’m now left with two children who were waiting for Santa and no way to get help or even speak to someone. I hope the company resolves this and improves their communication, because the idea is lovely—but the experience was not.

UPDATE 4/1/23
Letters never arrived. I’ve emailed them several times to request a refund and get no response at all. Will be reporting to trading standards and will be contacting my bank to see if they can help to get me a refund. Absolutely shocking service and they still have my £23 for nothing.

UPDATE 25/12/22
Well the letters didn’t arrive. I’ve requested my money back and will advise how that goes. Very disappointed with this company and the fact that I had been emailing and trying to get in touch from early December and only two email responses in all that time with no other solution than wait for them to arrive. No offer of re-sending and I could not print the pdfs they attached as I don’t have a printer. Cookie mix, snow and door hangers obviously missing as well.

UPDATE 21/12/22
Still not received the letters and only one day to receive them now due to Royal Mail strikes. Emailing them every day an finally had a response today attaching pdf copy of letters.

UPDATE 20/12/22
I still haven’t received the letters. I did get one email response from them last week asking me to let them know if I didn’t receive the letters by Saturday. I emailed on Saturday, Monday and again today and still haven’t received any response. I have given up all hope now of the letters arriving before Christmas and am becoming increasingly worried I will also not get my money back. There is only 4 days now until Christmas and my grandchildren will have no letters from Santa this year.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before ordering. They haven’t responded to any emails. You cannot contact them by phone as it just goes to a messaging service and they don’t call back. I am not expecting that my grandchildren will receive their letters from Santa and I can’t contact them I am sure I will have lost my £23. If I don’t get the letters shortly I will however be reporting this company to trading standards. Please do not consider using this company, especially as they are trading in items that should be a lovely treat for your children.

Please don't waste your money !

Please don't waste your money !! they stolen my money for a video call never happen !! Don't do my same mistake , check their review on Facebook , unfortunately I didn't before pay them . They never call us , they don't answer on the phone , emails , messages on Facebook . Is absolutely a fraud !!
