Incredible service & incredible…

Incredible service & incredible quality. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Santasocks again. Needed 20 shirts for a golf trip & 1 shirt was missing. They were able to send a replacement one no questions asked & came in a timely manner.

Thanks for all of your help. Was such an easy process from step 1 & pretty stoked for how everything turned out.

10 days ago placed order and then today…

10 days ago placed order and then today I check tracking to see product out of stock ... Now in a lurch to find something else for mother's day and can't get a hold of anyone in China to get refund ... So that money is in the wind

False advertising, but good customer service

I ordered a couple of personalized pet face ornaments for family members that lost their dogs in 2024. Initially I was really disappointed when they arrived. In the product picture online, the pet face is big enough to take up almost the entire surface of the ornament. The ornaments I received did not look like that at all. The dogs' faces were so small, smaller than my thumbprint, and were really dark. I messaged customer service and they were quick to respond. They offered to send me 2 new ornaments, free of charge. Unfortunately, the second ones I received were just as small, but the pictures were more clear and the color was more vibrant. I was still disappointed that the ornaments did not resemble the advertisement online, but I did appreciate the company's responsiveness and attempt to fix the problem.

Don't Waste Your Hard-Earned Money

I purchased the View Master style photo viewer and 3 photo reels from Santasocks for a Christmas gift. When it arrived, it was unusable - a total disappointment. The viewer has scratches on the lenses and the reels don't advance as they should. A complete mess.

I contacted Santasocks who quickly responded, which is the reason for 2 stars (the product is worth zero). They said it was a problem with my images (these are digital images taken on an iPhone - I don't think so). Perhaps if we were enlarging the images that excuse might fly, but for these small images. No, just no. They offered a 30% refund. Figuring it would cost a small fortune to ship it back, I replied saying I'd be okay with a 50% refund. They wouldn't work with me. I wasted money I frankly don't have (who does). I feel very foolish and advise you beware.

I would say the quality of what they sell is what you'd think. Don't waste your money. Stick close to home and support local businesses, not those overseas where you have no recourse if you receive junk. IMHO that's all they sell, J-U-N-K.

Late delivery and poor quality!

Paid for quick shipment and received a week after Xmas. Should have been here Dec 24.
The pictures were all blurred and it looks like dirt or particles on the prints.
Will never buy from this company again.
Quality is horrible

If I could give them a zero I would!

If I could give them a zero I would! I ordered custom view finders for my nieces and nephews and they came today and they are awful. Half of them are falling apart and the ones that do work are grainy washed out pictures (my pictures were not!) that you can't tell who's in them. What a total waste of time. Also shipping, even expensive expedited shipping, takes forever. Do not order custom photo gifts from this site!!!

Quick customer service but not great quality of product

Bought a photo reel as a gift. Reel itself wasn't working properly. Photo piece pretty much fell a part and I glued it. Emailed customer service and they offered a half discount. It was better than nothing but now I'm stuck with it and I'm definitely not gifting it to anyone. Would not order from here again.

The pet pillow I ordered was smaller…

The pet pillow I ordered was smaller than I expected but it turned out so good I truly can’t complain! And the towel and other items turned out great as well. And it arrived faster than expected! All in all I highly recommend!

Had to haggle for a refund

I purchased a customized light-up tree topper that arrived broken. I went through the process of requesting a refund, and the service representative haggled with me. It took 17 e-mails back and forth before they agreed to honor their policy and refund their damaged product in entirety rather than offering a fraction of the price. The product itself was cheaply made and was not as pictured. I have never engaged with such a scammy organization.

Good products and excelent customer service

My third time buying here and has been great, received the products that I expected and a great customer service support. This last time I had and issue with a product that got damaged in transportation and customer service made sure to find a solution to it via email.
