Really helpful friendly and knowledgeable

I actually visited Skopes first but the staff were ignorant and rude so I left. Stumbled on this store by chance and so glad I did Faye and Shivvi were amazing and gave a first class service. My son left happy with his suit for prom

Didn't receive parcel,
Had a chat with Chloe at their customer serves today, it seems DHL didn't get the delivery out of Cambridge and in to Norfolk,
Chloe understood my circumstances and offered me a full refund, I've only heard good things about Santoromilan and hopefully I'll get the chance to purchase one of their suits in the future...thanks again for your help today

I’ve been in dispute with the company for a refund for just under two weeks now, and the communication has been poor. I haven’t received anything, not even an email confirming the refund. I’m concerned it feel like I have been scammed. The quality of the suit felt like plastic, and I sent it back the next day. Of course, it’s taking them a long time to process the refund, which is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all this is my hard earned money I expect it back as soon as possible

Sizing very small and not correct, so order size above. They also have the most bizarre way of working. I want to exchange the suit as the sizing is not correct, So I had to pay £9 to exchange but then you need to downloads the returns form and go pay at the post office to return.

We’ve ordered 2 suits both are faulty there are holes and threads wouldn’t order

Fantastic from start to finish.
Rob & Donna absolutely amazing and made myself and my son feel relaxed the whole time we were there.
We left with an amazing suit for my sons prom. Highly recommended for qaulity and service.

The delivery took way too long but the product is amazing

Bought a 3 piece suit which required alterations, which we paid £60 for.
At the time of purchase we asked if the fitting isn't quite right after alterations can it be fixed.
He said of course it can no problem.

No point did he say it would be a 2nd charge of £60

So when we picked up the suit it was slightly too tight and wanted it taken out a little.
Its only then they said its another charge.

I wouldn't purchase again from here, the staff are not great.
Reminded me of shopping in mumbai! Shady staff.

And they responded with an equally shady response!
The pins we agreed but it came back tighter than the pins! How exactly are you able to confirm you did it exactly as pins, no actual measurements were taken. Surely customer is always right and you do your best to keep them happy.

Most companies apologise for the service, not this company!

They resort to being rude and defensive.
I cant be "racist " i am indian, and also went to mumbai shopping 6 months ago, so your service was very similar (somewhat dishonest).
Didn't mention when we picked up the suit, the trousers was missing a button, no apology, the sales assistant took out a sewing box at the till front of house and started to sew it back on 🤣

If thats not mumbai style I don't know what is! Never know any alterations done at the till in full view!

Be aware when purchasing, the products displayed in shop are actually good, its the staff that are unprofessional and be aware if you need alterations.
Enough said.

We went to this shop as my husband had seen a suit as we passed by previously. He needed a suit for our son's wedding. He is an awkward size, being not particularly tall, but a little overweight. He tried the 3 piece suit on, which didn't really fit, so we left the shop to see if there was anything else in Bluewater. There was nothing so we returned to Santoro. He tried it on again and the shop assistant told him that it could be altered to fit him and pinned it to fit. We were very pleased with the service given. It took 2 weeks to be altered and it fitted beautifully. He was very satisfied with everything at the shop. He also purchased a tie which co-ordinated with the lining at the back of the waistcoat. He would definitely go here again to purchase suits or shirts.
