Sent me a used shirt and are expecting me to send it back at my expense.

Customer service keep repeating to send it back are not answering my question on postage refunds

Not great will never use them afain

Ordered and paid, then told 10 days later they haven't any available of the wash bag I wanted, but gave an option of another for same price which I agreed to, little did I know it was smaller than the first request and delivery seemed to be quite slow, I will say the one suplied looks good quality, Not used yet.

Great service from courtney at the meadow hall store. Quality suits and reasonable prices. Very much worth a visit due to selection and service.

I wont lie, I haven't even bothered to order a suit.. the website popped up on facebook, so I had a look and the suits seemed fairly nice for the price, so I came here to see reviews..

Well im not overly impressed at all to see SantoroMilan replying to negative reviews, countering with unprofessional, rude and defensive comments opposed to being composed and professional, concidering these people spent their money and didn't have a great time with the products, delivery time or customer service, you would think the business would do all it could to rectify the issue..

I look forward to the reply telling me I'm strange and that my review/opinion isn't valued and I am aware that it is strange not to have ordered anything and post a review but its also strange to crap on your customers....

At this time I am only able to comment on the customer service aspect of my shopping experience as my order has not yet shipped or arrived.

I can say that thus far I have been extremely disappointed with my online shopping experience having regard to the total lack of customer service support throughout the process. Not only am I still awaiting a response to my email sent to customer service since 13th July 2025 (more than 2 weeks ago) regarding international shipping details but added to this all of my calls to the website listed London Store fronts have gone unanswered.

As and aside from this, the online shopping portal refers to international shipping via DHL (which is available in my country) yet I am unable to access any option to ship.

Yet further, it is now 2 weeks to the day since I've placed my order for delivery to my US address and have not received any communication as to its shipping.

Notwithstanding, I do look forward to a speedy resolution and most importantly receiving the items ordered in a timely manner.

I cannot recommend Santoro in Bluewater highly enough. We got my suit, the groomsmen’s suits, and one of the bridesmaid's suits from here – and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

Went to purchase my wedding suit from Bluewater - visited over 8/9 stores. Santoro had the best quality suits from all of them and a super helfpul team. Demi from Santoro helped advise me on the perfect suit, waiting patiently as I tried different options, helping me take photos to share with my family for their opinion and then advising me on additional alterations to get the perfect tailored fit for my wedding. Great support also from Andrew and Steve in the team who provided advice and shared suggestions for the best purchase.
