Great product and great delivery..very happy with my new shoes..

Waited 6 weeks for shipping. They hadnt even shipped it. They raised a collection with DHL, but nothing was posted, they refused refund. DHL confirmed nothing was posted and I sent in the confirmation, they still refused to refund. I raised a charge back with the bank, which the seller disputes. Massive inconvenience as I wanted the item for an event and nothing but customer service failure following.

My husband went to your store at Blue water shopping centre.
He liked a three piece suit and was told by your staff that it would cost £450, but when he came back home, we checked online and found it for £235!!!
We didn’t purchase it.
Plus your online return policy stinks and sounds like you are looking for any reason to refuse a return.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR RETURN POLICY.

I found after sales difficult to navigate. Online only

Their stock on the website doesn't reflect their true stock levels in reality. Id suggest you invest in a stock checker/admin clerk to save yourself the issues that follow on for this one simple issue.
In addition whoever is supposed to be fulfilling these orders I suggest they become more productive and instead of waiting for a customer to chase their order, contact them first to advise their order cannot be fulfilled.
It took a week and a half after placing my order for me to contact due to the lack of updates to then be told that the sizes i had ordered were unavailable and to be offered the next size up. Which as I'm now too close to the date of the event I accepted this alternative. The order was picked shipped and delivered very quickly, for me to then only be disappointed once more when there were items missing. I am now awaiting action from customer service who will probably offer a refund for missing items as the event is tomorrow and I doubt they have the ability to deliver on these. Will never use again.

Took a while to tell me unable to fulfil my order, replacement option agreed and arrived super fast.

Had some iteams which were too small. Got in contact with customer services who couldn’t provide any answers/help to our queries of returns/ exchange

We visited the meadowhall store to find a suit for my husband for a wedding. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful shop assistant named Courtney. She was amazing an nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely come back in the future for anymore suits he might need.

The store deserves full recognition as their professional approach to a customer is exceptional.

As soon as I entered the store, Mr. Steve approached me if I need something particular which I did.

I believe this gentleman has a measure tape in his eyes as he guest straight away my size.

Unfortunately, the size was not available but Mr. Steve assured me that if he will not be able to find the right size at the back, then he will order it and will come before the ceremony.

Overall, the service was quick, to the poind and most importantly there was no pressure to buy anything else.

The very last thing customer needs is being pressurised to buy something else.

Strongly recommend the shop and gentleman's who are working there as they know what they are talking about.

And when I returned i had to pay 20 pounds at the post office i lost my money for their mistakes

Hi this is kram from America I went last year Santoro Westfield big shop l met with guy which is Amazing guy Mosen if I remember name he sold me 6 suits £1,840 was good deal now I come back gain because I did promise with him I will come back with my friends also buy this month we came but he was not there when I asked about him they didn’t tell me and he spoke rudely and show me ignorance me he was Indian old guy I don’t know name but we left store and buy other store upstairs and we spend 2,900 more nice suits I work CCN channel

Way too long to deliver (6 weeks). DHL experience was also rubbish. Shirt ok.

Andrew at the Bluewater store was very kind and helpful to me when I was selecting my destination wedding suit! I will return to them again!
