Great experience in the meadowhall store.
Quality items at very reasonable prices. I wasn't quite sure on what to buy but Faye, in particular helped me try on a few items and was extremely helpful throughout.

All in all, we will definitely be returning to the meadowhall store. 10/10

I received 3 pairs of the 4 pairs of shoes that was ordered and paid for, this after 3 weeks. I was sent a notice of refund of part amount of the 4th pair of shoe without any explanation whatsoever why it was not sent, Part refund! not even full refund of the shoe that never got to me!!

I would definitely recommend Santoro Milan because I got The Santoro Milan Vinciguerra Loafers in navy blue from them and their delivery is really fast too. Great service by the manager Shiv for his quick and dynamic role in making sure my shoes for my wedding arrive before i fly out. 👍🏻

Returned product ,no refund given , staff not aware of own return policy. Was promised an update in few days ,after 3 weeks no contact. I had made a dispute via credit card company , as company gone radio silent.👎

Excellent service

I was told by Chloe that “I can see on our system everything was fulfilled”. Yet when I opened the box the jacket was missing. It was not there.

Because she said in an earlier email to me: “In Eton, we have the waistcoat in size 42, but the jacket is only available in size 40. Please let me know if you’d like to proceed with these sizes.Sorry about this! Best, Chloe”

But I have still been charged for it.

Absolutely amazing staff at meadow hall the attention to detail is outstanding and immaculate with in the store the staff can't be any more attentive to their customers I can not thank them enough for what they have done for my son pure quality throughout. I would definitely recommend them for any occasion.

I liked the suit, but communications regarding changing the size of the suit trousers were poor, and I’m still awaiting a response to my most recent email.

Wayne at meadow hall store in Sheffield was amazing. I took my son for his first black tie suit and with Wayne’s expertise we got a beautiful suit, shirt and shoes - fully kitted out. Thank you so much for all your help and making my son feel so comfortable. Emma.

Having purchased a shirt from the meadowhall store in Sheffield on 27/09/25 with the aid of the sales assistant who advised the shirt was the right size even though I stated it felt too small she advised it was how you wear them.

On arriving home and trying it in again it was too small I returned to the shop 29/09/25 to state this and asked for a refund but this was rejected and stated that an exchange was only available even though when being served was I told advised this, I was asked to call in the week and speak to Garry (Manager) I have phoned 5/6 times but no Garry.

I have visited store again today 10/10/25 and spoke to the sales assistant who aided me when I purchased and stated no refund could be given and all honesty was damn right rude.

I would highly recommend not using this company as they miss sell clothing to bolster sales without thinking of customer satisfaction.

We always admire the suits at the Meadowhall store and today my partner got a beautiful one! The store assistant Courtney was helpful, friendly and welcoming- highly recommended!

Going clothes shopping and not knowing you size or measurements or having any idea of what looks good is always daunting.

However, from the moment I stepped into this Bluewater store, I couldn't have received a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Peter was absolutely fantastic and it felt like being with a personal shopper. He helped me with sizes and styles, explaining the best way to mix and match to get multiple outfits, got me set up with shoes and even trimmed a belt in store to get the best fit.

I came out knowing I'll look amazing and it was such a confidence boost. I couldn't possibly praise Peter and the store any more if I tried.

Made an order which was no longer required. Returned and refunded promptly with fast replies to emails etc. I received good customer service
