The service is good and easy to use especially the dinning system and walk-in, But you should really work on the CRM system to support more meal plan options.

We have recently started using Sapaad. We found the software extremely easy to use and navigate. It helps us to scale our operations and get insights about the operations on a daily basis. The support which has been provided by Mr. Taffy was excellent as he was available for every queries which we had while implementing the software

Great Product, but needs some improvisations with regards to certain customizations.

Sapaad is one of the best POS available in the market right now. It is incredibly easy to use and user friendly to the people who doesnt have much knowledge in the systems. The inventory management is one of the best tools sapaad has to track the inventory and have much more insights with regards to costing and transferring the ingredients to one location from another location. Taffy was instruemental in transitioning to Sapaad and he was available all the time to assist us in setting up.

We are using Sapaad in our Restaurant, Farm City International Kitchen. We found it to be an extremely exceptional software and the staff especially Taffy was extremely helpful. All our queries and concerned were handled perfectly by him. I am extremely happy with their performance.
