Excellent service

We couldn’t be more grateful to this amazing letting agency. After becoming parents, we were in urgent need of a safe and comfortable home, and they went above and beyond to help us find exactly that. From start to finish, their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were outstanding.

They truly listened to our situation, guided us through every step, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Their support meant so much to our family, and we honestly can’t thank them enough.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a letting agency that genuinely cares and delivers exceptional service.

I wish I could give -10 stars

I wish I could give -10 stars. These is no words to describe this agency but I’ll try. If you thinking to rent with them-don’t. I’ve read reviews 9 years ago and I wish i didn’t ignore them. Their customer service skills are zero, if you like being yelled at give them a call and ask for Ella. If you want nothing being done then go ahead and rent property from them. If you like waiting for repairs for months and receive rent increases regularly then also go ahead. We decided to move out after almost 9 years, we been taking care of property like our own for all this time, I spent last two weeks making sure we receive our deposit back( silly me thinking it’s possible to get deposit back from them), painting door, windowsills, radiators, cleaning all cupboards in and out and on top, I was just finishing walls when I got a call from them. We rent until 10th and we kindly agreed to do viewings earlier, today is 6th and I let them know that we are moving out and property might be messy. I also promised my friend to look after her pets when she went away and pets are not allowed at the property, not even visiting because you’ll be charged for it. And yelled at because how dare I be in the property with pets when my tenancy agreement isn’t over yet?! I quote „must get out of the property with dogs because it gives new tenants wrong impression” that pets are allowed in property. Also condition 5 in the tenancy agreement : No animals are allowed to live in the property without the landlord’s written permission, which will not be unreasonable withheld. Any sign of Pet Damage will be charged for accordingly to the tenant.

Yet when we asked for a permission for a pet years ago for our autistic son to have therapy dog it was unreasonably withheld.

Window is the kitchen doesn’t open for almost two years, washing machine socket doesn’t work and making sounds when on, fire safety who? 5th of February I reported that socket and no one came to look at it. 6 months and they wouldn’t fix it for another 6 if I wasn’t moving out. Broken fence? 6 months waiting for a new panel. Doesn’t matter that you have autistic son who can’t play in the garden while you kindly wait for them to fix it. Ignition broke? Here is rent increase but we won’t even look at it, you can use a lighter!!! Carpets are coming off everywhere? Use staple gun to reattach it!! There wasn’t even underlay nor grippers when that carpet was laid 10 years ago. But when you move out you MUST have them professionally cleaned or you’ll be charged for it, but they won’t clean them for next tenants anyway. They promised you don’t have to do that because they’ll finally replace it? Thank god I have emails confirmation because one can promise but Ella is surprised how carpets that are coming off the floor need to be replaced?! Please just avoid this agency at all cost, they treat their tenants like shit.

Great Service

I dealt with Jamie at Sapphire Homes and she is an absolute superstar from beginning to end.
She has helped and guided me all the way and always in such a pleasant and calm manner, she is a real gem and an asset to Sapphire Homes.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Provide scruffy properties then dare to charge over £100 cleaning fees when you leave even though the property was left just the same as it was on moving it! Staff totally unhelpful and could even get names right on emails!

Nothing but lies.. Mickey Mouse

I called early in the week to enquire about 3 units in the same building (Millside, Heritage Way, WN3) that were advertised to rent. One of the 3 apartments (2nd floor) was soon taken and 2 remained.
I proceeded to enquire to the one that was furnished (3rd floor) and I was asked a few questions and was later sent a pre application email filled with questions.
On Wednesday 3 July, I received an email stating “at the moment I don’t have the keys” I’ve been checking the property on the market where it was advertised. Today is Saturday 6 July, I go on the app and I see the property I enquired is “let agreed”. Imagine my frustration.. Why lie? Why give false hope? What happened to honesty? This is such a waste of my time as I cancelled other viewings.. all for this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence.
If I wasn’t in London I’d pop into the branch and demand an explanation.
I am livid!!

If they tell you “im waiting on the landlord and I don’t have they keys” it’s a damn lie, just go elsewhere.

Horrible letting agency

Horrible letting agency. Properties are poorly maintained. All for the landlords. Look down their noses at you. Horrible, horrible people. People skills of a dead dog.

More like Rackman Homes.

Dismissive attitude towards concerns, condescending communication, failure to address maintenance issues, coupled with veiled threats of rent increases, reflecting a pattern of poor property management and elitist behavior.

Excellent advice throughout the sale.

Excellent advice throughout the sale.
All staff were customer orientated, helpful and professional. Provided reasons for their advice at the start of the sale that was later found to be accurate. They also appeared to be more knowledgeable than the other agents I approached. I would recommend them for selling property.

Would Never ever recommend this company…

Would Never ever recommend this company to let from. Please be very careful they care for the landlords only and never believe you when you report bad faults. The way in which my family has been treated to date has been terrible. I have rented many properties and this has far been the worst ever!

They do not care for the tenants at all! Avoid. They even told lies to gain my deposit for which I have full evidence to support and for which today has won me back most of my deposit which the landlord and letting agent tried to take fully for a neglected property that quite frankly wasn’t wanted to be spent on or maintained. I am so glad to be away from the hell hole but how is has effected my family I wouldn’t want another family to have to go through this hence this review. Please avoid for your sanity.

Absolute joke of an outfit

Absolute joke of an outfit, run by clowns, no thought or care for any of its Tennants, never get repairs done, only interested in the landlords business. Rude and clueless staff. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Sapphire gave me the wrong management…

Sapphire gave me the wrong management agreement to sign and did not comply with the terms and conditions in the agreement in their management, did not notify me when various tenants departed without paying outstanding rents, did not obtain my consent or overcharged me for repair and maintenance work, repeatedly threatened to sue me for writing a review on them... my experience with them was horrible!

Avoid Sapphire Homes

Awful experience with sapphire homes. Ella in particular being the most patronising with constant calls and voicemails left in her monotone Wigan accent. Find them to be a greedy letting agents with only their client (landlord) interests no interest in ensuring happy tenants.

Nonchalant Letting agency
It was a terrible experience living in one of their properties that I rented. They had no hold on the type of people they let properties to. They probably don't do a background check on them. The flat mates I lived with were alcoholics and very dirty. I will not be using them again neither would I refer them to anyone.
