Have had multiple treatments with Sapphire, including waxing, microneedling, massage, lymphatic drainage. All treatments have been calming and restorative with excellent results. Customer service is amazing, made to feel at ease no matter the treatment and the clinic is very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend.

A warm welcome from Diane who greeted me with with a short consent/information sheet to complete prior to my treatment. Straight into the therapy room and an explanation of what would happen during my chosen treatment. Diane was informative and knowledgeable answering my questions fully. Post treatment I was given chilled bottled water and an information sheet to take away.

I had vampire face lift at sapphire and couldn’t be happier with experience and results. From start to finish, everything was professional, calm and reassuring.

Just had my first ever dermaplane and micro needle facial with Diane who was very professional and such a lovely lady. The treatment was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Sapphire.
I have had several treatments here including radio frequency, microneedling & Hi-Fu. I have experienced a warm welcome and full information of treatment on each appointment. The salon gives a relaxed feeling and smells amazing, the treatment rooms have low lighting and soothing background music.
Recently I have met the owner Charlotte and I became immediately aware that she is 100 % client focused and will go above & beyond and willing to set up an individual programme to address any stubborn problem areas.
I have also had treatments with Diane who is equally welcoming and professional.
Also a bonus is that Charlotte does very generous monthly deals that I always keep a lookout for on the website.
I cannot think of one thing to mention as a negative and am happy to have found this gem for my treatments.

I visited the salon today for a 60 minute full body massage. Oh my god, I will definitely be back! Jaz was a fantastic therapist. She gave good, clear instructions beforehand and really listened to what I wanted so that she could tailor the treatment to my needs. She checked that I was happy with the pressure which was perfect! I'm sure she has hidden magical extra hands!! Her aftercare advice was thorough too. Thank you so much Jaz xxx

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Steph and Charlotte at Sapphire for an amazing experience! Steph’s Aqua Pure Infusion Facial was fantastic; my skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing. Charlotte’s Cryotherapy procedure was equally brilliant, leaving me feeling revitalised. Both were so warm, positive, and genuinely kind, making me feel super welcome with their lovely compliments.
