Anais provided a great service for my mother whilst i am over seas. She helped with recommendations and explained which would be most beneficial and my mother left with a huge smile on her face.

Passed by and seen the store, and got a booklet from local FoodieFest. Happy with the pricings, I went online to book my appointment. However you decide your treatments, you can get special monthly offers or VIP offers too.

This was my first go, so I bought two 30 mins treatments as was - them being the Indian head massage and the back massage (firm). Booking was easy, and info on each treatment is given pressing the "i" button for each when ordering.
Walking into the shop, you are greeted pleasently with a lovely atmosphere. You aren't kept waiting long (5 mins for prep).

The treatments were wonderfully handled by the lady helping me, and you don't need to bring anything extra - just yourself. The pressure was on-point and worked through the knots well. Especially the Indian head massage - was exactly what I needed.

Payment is at the counter, even if you booked online with a specific card. (You can change payment a the desk.) First timers may also get a discount too!
Can't fault this team at all. Will return again.

This is my fourth time visiting Sapphire, and they have been consistently amazing. Anais is brilliant- from HIFU to Coollift and the most relaxing massage and facial I’ve ever had. Anais is knowledgeable, immediately puts you at ease and she’s so lovely to chat to.
All of the staff are lovely and welcoming, the whole place smells insane and every experience I’ve had there has left me feeling so relaxed and well looked after. They are attentive, knowledgeable and make thoughtful recommendations to address any skin concerns or issues without any pressure or hard sell. Highly recommend and I’ll be a lifetime client!

I am really starting to use my VIP members access which a great addition! Had a wonderful facial and Cool Lift this month to keep on top of my microneedling. You always get expert advice at Sapphire and that’s one of the many reasons I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Firstly, Sapphire is my favourite place for beauty or relaxing treatments. I've had a few things done now and they're always amazing. I had a 60 minute bespoke facial with Anais, and as always she was fabulous. All the girls are lovely and I love the atmosphere when you walk in. I recommend Sapphire to everyone I know now. Booked a last minute appointment for a de stress massage with Anais and it was amazing. Was only my second time getting a massage but it was so relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable. Was great to hear about the wide range of treatments available and upcoming new additions! Receptionist was also so friendly, I didn’t get her name! 10/10 going to book back in now for a couple of weeks time❤️
