Great service on time very respectful thank you

What a great service. 7 seater and very smart cars available driven by knowledgeable and very friendly people. I have limited mobility but they always arrive on time and are so patient helping me in and out of the car. A recent bereavement had to catch a plane from london heathrow at very short notice. And then a late night pickup at Luton.They couldnt have been more compassionate. Good pricing and punctual wether you just want to get to the shops or for an important appointment you can count on this company.

Our regular driver is very patient with us as I suffer from disabilitys and is always accommodating. Can't say enough positive things about sapphire. Been let down in the past by other companies and have never had a bad experience with them.

Really helpful, I stayed here for a week, and they were always free.

I used this company for the first time today. I could not have been more satisfied. A very comfortable car a friendly driver who took me to my destination and took me home. He rang both times when he arrived I will certainly use them again. FIRST CLASS.

Arrived on time with bottles of water for all on board for planned airport drop off and pickup and return trip to 02 London. Really lovely service we were a group of 6 women and felt safe using this company. Very patient drivers and nothing to much trouble, will defiantly be recommending and using in future trips

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. We pre booked drop-off and collection in advance for a wedding in Primrose Hill and it all went so smoothly. Drop-off was perfect, the driver arrived early and was patient with us while we got ourselves prepared to leave. Collection was also very smooth, when I messaged the driver and asked him to come slightly earlier than discussed, he did this with no questions asked. We cannot thank you enough for getting us home safely and I do hope we weren’t too loud on the way back! If I ever need a way of transport in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

My daughter who traveled to the town for top sport event was unfortunately injured during the competition. Since that moment, taxi became our only means of transport.
Luckily it was Babar with his Mercedes Vito, who took care of us. We could not have a better driver and car! Babar was so helpful, polite and supportive! He gave us good advice where to buy medicines, recommended great restaurant, he was waiting for us and was ready to pick us up anytime and any place we needed, helping us in and out of the car was a matter of course for him. The car was spacious as a cruise ship with very comfortable seats, allowing my daughter to stretch her injured leg. Complimentary bottles of water during our final trip to London were very nice surprise and much appreciated. Our travels will be definitely arranged with Babar and Sapphire taxis upon our next visit, again.

They have made my life run a lot smoother by helping me get to and from places with 2 children. The driver helps with the buggy and the car seats. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

totally reliable , polite , an example to how other cab companies should operate. our driver communicated with us and gave us complete confidence , we were picked up on christmas day on time and picked up from pinner at 10 pm on time .i think his name was Howsa .

Very punctual, very clean, big enough vehicle. Very courteous driver [Barber] - helped with bags and interesting conversation. Knew the route and area very well so the 30 mile journey was swift and efficient. Good price. Everything you want/need in a taxi so 5* well deserved. Thanks Sapphire. The service and communication is second to none. I used this service for the school run, and my children felt safe and happy. I would definitely use company over any cab service again.
