Pre booked. We changed locations & the cab picked us up from the right location. Very friendly driver & a decent price £43. 30 west mailing to Newington sittingbourne. Will use again.

Used the app in the hotel. Received a recipe saying taxi on way. 20 mins later no taxi and when I call they say they have no record of it. Nearly missed the last entry for the event we were going to. Do not use.

Excellent service from Express Cabs. My driver, Oualid (driver number 255), was extremely helpful and kindly carried my cases downstairs from my apartment, which I really appreciated. The car was comfortable, clean and modern, making the journey very pleasant.

Even with a hold up on the M25, he stayed calm and focused on getting me to the airport on time. He was an unflappable and careful driver throughout. The door to door service truly exceeded my expectations. I would happily use Express Cabs again and highly recommend them.

Was quoted £30-£35 for a taxi but ended up being £40 so don’t believe what they tell you the price will be

booked mini bus for a 90th birthday paid £100 for 12 people with return journey but sadly the venue got cancelled out of our control.so called to see if we could use booking for later date but they said no and also money none refundable .dredfull company be warned .they got £100 for nothing

I mistakenly booked an express cab for my trip home from Barming station,only to realise my train didn't stop there. With 20 minutes to spare, I called express and they swapped my booking to Maidstone East and suggested a revised pick up time.
Very impressed with their efficiency and the cab itself was on time.
I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

the man that I had as my driver was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable I gave him £5 change for a £5 journey and he didn’t even say thankyou at all didn’t smile at all or anything and was just rude usually the drivers are quite nice but it caught me on a bad day with an unpleasant driver

been let down again by express cabs, this time going to airport. They really don’t care. Do not use them totally unreliable.

My taxi turned up early and then left within a minute, leaving us stranded with no way to get home. The driver didn’t even bother to call us to say he had arrived. Do not book, the worst taxi service in Maidstone

Have used in the past and been fine but on driving through my village the other day, got badly carved up by one of their cars who proceeded to put on and off his brake lights to intimidate me!
When I called to complain I was told I needed to take their email and complete a form and they would get back to me. The kind of company who do this don't really want feedback, or to improve and I will think carefully before I use again.

Sanagoul our driver was fantastic! he looked and was very professional, I would definitely recommend him at express cabs! we were greeted pleasantly especially it being 3am, he kept good contact with us and was brilliant with time management. So all together we was extremely pleased with his service and express cabs!

The cab driver Senegal was very friendly and courteous. He drove very safely and was reliable and punctual. The minivans were super comfy. We used the company for two rides next day and the service was impeccable.

The driver named Jahangir as given via sms, was pristine in appearance and was extremely courteous. Bang on time to the second and his driving was completely smooth it was excellent. My husband and I felt safe and comfortable throughout our journey from Heathrow Airport to Bottlescrew hill Maidstone. Unfortunately we did not have any cash to tip him, but would like the company to know how satisfied we were.

Every time we prebook a taxi so that it comes when we want it they don’t turn up. When you phone you just get told they are busy. I know they will be busy on a weekend which is exactly why I book the taxi a few days before to guarantee we won’t have to wait. Why have a booking system if you’re not going to use it. Sending taxis out to customers that have just phoned for one instead of making sure you loyal customers that have booked actually get the taxi on time is a ridiculous way to run a company. On occasions we have been left with children and an elderly lady that can’t stand for long for over an hour because they were busy even though we booked. It’s an absolute joke and we will not be booking with them anymore. We definitely do not recommend this company!

You absolute ignorant idiots. I spend with my corporate and personal in excess of £4000 a year, and when I actually need you to pick me up from Robertsbridge to take me to Marden, or albeit I do not have a card on me, but you have my history of payment Corporate payment, you refuse to pick me up and say tough nothing we can do you absolute morons. As I said, I've used you for over 12 years now for corporate and personal and I will never ever ever use you again, you ignorant idiots

Only gave 1 star as had too. After using only Express for 16 years I will never use them again. Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. Refused to come and get us from the middle of Coxheath to take us 5 miles up the road to home saying it’s out of area and policy is to pay up front. So their drivers are only allowed to stay in area incase they get lost. So at 11pm when we broke down and had to abandon bike and used streamline instead who had no problem at all getting us home. Absolutely disgusting. Not everyone needs credit cards to pay you when they have the money to not need credit. Shame on you .

Rizz is our go to man for taxis whether it’s for us or our teenage daughters at the station he’s there thank you
