The reviews don't lie. My 'beautiful' dress looks like something from a 1970s sitcom. Bears no resemblance to the picture, took weeks to arrive and I certainly wouldn't risk it near a naked flame.... See more

They don't even deserve ONE star! I ordered an item on the 12th April and payment was debited immediately. It is now the 28th and no sign of any delivery which is strange for something (supposedly)... See more
If I could give o stars I would. Please DON'T WASTE your money. 3 weeks to arrive cheap nasty material, only resemblance to actual dress was the colour. Scam outfit, costs just as much to return. I... See more
Totally agree with Steph. One of my packages has just arrived after 3 weeks. I opened the package, took one look at the 3 dresses and put them straight back! Quality of material is dreadful! Look not... See more
Absolute Scam
Don't be fooled by the pictures advertise like i did, the item purchase had no resemblance to the advertised polo shirt. They make it impossible to return items so i accepted the 30% refund instead of a full refund just to get something back, its an absolute scam. Please don't waste your money
Avoid these folks like the plague
Avoid these folks like the plague. Product that turned up did not match the online pic. They also took two orders instead of one and refused to amend the order. All returns are difficult to organise and have to be sent back to China, at about similar cost to the item. They will never give you a full return price anyway. Absolute crooks and should be banned from advertising in the UK
updated website to Samra London
They have update website to Samra London. Being hooked from Instagram.
Same troubles - Chinese currier. Nothing is being delivered.
Don't buy from Sara London FAKE
Don't buy from Sara London via #Face Book #Google or any other platform the item bought appears to be despatched and delivered from UK warehouse it comes from China !!. Its description and marketing photos isn't what arrives. They are made of Poor unlabelled materials.
To return they Con you and don't refund Products despite having a refund policy which is FAKE. Advertised clothes vary drastically to what turns up.
if you are lucky to receive them !!
No phone number to ring. Customer services only by online form which is poorly serviced if at all They fob you off with excuse after excuse. I REALLY CANT STRESS ENOUGH NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM SARA LONDON It's CON ADVERTISING SUGGESTING A UK COMPANY THEY ARE NOT THEY ARE IN CHINA. FACE BOOK, GOOGLE Should remove them from their platform
The REVIEWS are all FAKE too DONT BUY FROM THIS FAKE SUPPLIER.
SCAM COMPANY…
Why is Facebook not taking this fake company down I’ve complained so many times and reported it so others don’t fall into the false advertising!
You will receive your items but it’s from china it’s poorly cheaply made and absolutely impossible to get your money back. Why are they still allowed to do this to people! Shut it down now!!
Inferior quality, badly finished, awful design and terrible value for money. Nowhere near as seen on screen. Avoid!
The garments arrived and I quickly realised they were inferior quality and design and certainly not as advertised or value for money. I immediatly requested to return the garments for a refund and Sara London clearly have no awareness of providing a good customer experience. Avoid like the plague!
SARA-LONDON ARE A SCAM
SARA-LONDON ARE A SCAM
THE ITEMS OF CLOTHING BARE ABSOLUTELY NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE IMAGERY DISPLAYED ON THEIR WEBSITE.
THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERIAL IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.
THEY ARE SELLING CHEAP POLYESTER RUBBISH & MIS REPRESENTING IT AS LINEN & COTTON.
THEY HIDE THE RETURNS ADDRESS WHICH IS CHINA & YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM FOR IT.
THEY TRIED TO OFFER SEVERAL DISCOUNTS TO STOP ME FROM RETURNING THE ITEMS.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
I SHALL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS.
Scam- As others have said
As others have said, total scam. Blatant lies on the website. Based in China (not the UK as the website would have you believe) and make it very difficult to return. Quality of clothes when they eventually arrive is dreadful. Avoid!
Count their fingers... AI generated cheap fake goods
I saw the ad on Instagram and it all looked legit. Placed an order... then annoyingly zoomed in on the detail. All their photos are AI.. many with missing digits or too many!! The About Us page shows it's all AI with the fake London shop - which reads 'Sara Ondon'. Obviously a con and not 'fast shipping', I'm many many days in and no sign of it appearing. Worried about the remaining reviews stating the quality of the garments. Avoid. Trustpilot.. why aren't you taking them to task about their fake 5* Trustpilot reviews on their website!!!
Simply a con
Simply a con. Their website says 4.8 on trust pilot which clearly isn’t the case. Purchased a cotton/linen shirt. No labels about what the material actually is or how to wash it….feels more like polyester. Terrible shape….more like a woman’s blouse than a man’s shirt. I will be more wary in future
Waited weeks and what I received was…
Waited weeks and what I received was absolutely shoddy, threads hanging out everywhere. It came from China and you have to pay to return it. Stay away!
Ordered 2 "linen" shirts
Ordered 2 "linen" shirts.
What arrived were 2 awful "polyester" garments that I would not wear if I were alone on a desert island just in case I got rescued! I would be embarrassed!
Do not use this company!!!!!
Just awful.
Very poor quality items, nothing like the website pictures, no refund just lots of "reaching out" and offering future discounts, based in the Netherlands not London. Total scam, avoid like the plague.
Forget the trustpilot reviews there are…
Forget the trustpilot reviews there are false. I ordered 2 polo shirts, took ages to arrive, the quality was very poor and the colours were nothing like the vibrant colours on the website. Nothing like what I was expecting
They then kept offering me deals and discounts to avoid sending back.
I looked at the reviews but they don’t show the negative ones on the website
Trust pilot needs to look into this
AVOID,AVOID.AVOID,AVOID
Poor and irresponsible customer service and no loyalty towards customer. IT IS A SCAM
Kindly don't trust this company (sara london). If you don't receive your items, they would not take any responsibility, instead they would put the responsibility on the shoulder of the courier service and tell you shamelessly that they despatched it already and if you haven't received yet, then to deal with your courier!! It happend to me a month ago and I lost almost £100 worth Beer watches I ordered and many days I was after Sara London for either the items or a refund. But they just washed their hands from the responsibility of the missing parcel. I communicated with them N number of times. Their customer service was zero. Now I gave up the case. If anyone who has similar experiences from Sara London please come forward. I will send you suitable rewards..
Order#12414 dated 14/04/25

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs . Goods look great but they are anything but great when you receive them. Trying to get a refunds is impossible and returning to their address in China is a joke for a company that looks like it is based in London. Rip off merchants. Saw them on TV this week being highlighted for scamming people. Just do not order from them.
Beware Scam
As per other reviews and Watchdog - finally received a 'shirt' - I use the term loosely - utter garbage - Scam company
Awful, just awful
I feel like I’m just regurgitating the other “reviews” - and I use that word loosely as I wouldn’t even waste my time unless it was to warn others off. The worst thing is I’m a complete mug for not checking them out first. Spent £115, available items haven’t arrived two weeks later - although I fully expect them to be awful when they do arrive - and for the goods that were out of stock they are trying to force a voucher on me, rather than issue a refund. If I had the energy I’d take them to court but I fear it wouldn’t make any difference. These scam outfits just open up again under a different name. Why on earth are they not the subject of enforcement action by Trading Standards, given all the bad reviews?
Scam artists
Scam artists. If you are unlucky enough to buy from them, accept the loss and move on. I followed their refunds policy to the letter, spent another £24 on tracked postage and the package got stuck at Chinese customs waiting for them to supply further information which of course they won't do. Lesson learned for me (I hope!).
Bought a knitted bright coloured polo shirt
Bought a knitted bright coloured polo shirt from Sara London. When it arrived it was not what I was expecting! It was utter rubbish, just a cheap AI print on a poor quality nylon polo.
I asked for a refund, it was to cost me £20 to send it back. I managed to get them to refund me 1/3 of the money back (£12). I threw the shirt in the bin, learn a lesson from me and don't touch this company with a barge pole!
