Purchased teeshirts in February, 2025 which arrived in early April 2025. Not bad eh?? Not cheap, but the items sent were cheap and very poor quality. i refused them and after wasting time with offers to reduce the price, I finally got the return address out of Sara London and decided to have the entertainment of how this would work. Sent back on 11th April, tracked, at a postage cost of 23 pounds. June 21st, the package has reported to have cleared customs and with the delivery agent. Still no sign of the promised refund. I have posted this to help out anyone who is looking to buy from these fraudsters. Just dont! This is what UK trading standards should be policing and shutting down.

Update 26th June:-
Just so that anyone thinking of buying from SARA knows what they will have to deal with. They have now (they say!) returned the returned item to me. Trading Standards, WHERE ARE YOU?!!!

Complete con artist! Refund not given, company should be closed down! Trading Standards are like chocolate fire guards, see no issues with flaunting consumer rights!!!

A similar theme to previous posters I’m afraid (which I should have read before using this company). I ordered two linen shirts which were so bad that they didn’t reach my trousers! As on previous posts, no return label and no advice how to go about returning items. Having managed to find an email address for returns the company was evasive and warned that the return post to “Asia” (China?) would be an expensive option.

I saw this company on instagram advertising a really good looking shirt. Naively without looking at any reviews, I ordered two shirts. They took ages to arrive and when tracking the parcel it was clear that they were coming from China, which was never made clear at the point of ordering.
Shirts finally arrived and they are terrible in every way - There was no returns label and no info on how to return them - other reviews have said that they make it almost impossible to return them. Rather that go through this process they are now in the bin.
As with other reviews, if I could leave a star rating lower than one I would.
I would urge anyone to not use this company.

Don’t buy from this company. The product I received was nothing like the one advertised. Poor quality material. I tried to return it, at which point they offered a 15% refund and a reduction from my next order. When I said I would never buy from them again and wanted to return the item, the only option they gave me was to return the item to China at a cost of £17. The use of London in the company name is purely decorative. Avoid!

Have emailed 6 times about my package not being delivered. Have continued to ignore me. Their website has hundreds of fake trustpilot reviews!

Would be zero if that was an option, they display a good trust pilot. Score, trust pilot should act on that, ordered two linen tops for holiday at about £35 each, not sure there is even I thread of linen in them and probably worth £5, didn't even take them out of their bags, Sara insisted I had to pay return post -to China, since tried one on, really cheap too small, poor quality, avoid this company like the plague

I don’t need to repeat all the comments below. Needless to say, I’m particularly annoyed that Meta take their significant ad spend, then promote them and do bugger all to check for scams. I walked past an open fire today and feared a spark may set me alight. Linen? Closer to being a plastic shopping bag…

I have experienced the worst customer service with this company ever. Goods advertised as linen were clearly made of synthetic material and when I tried to return the goods, I was first fobbed of with dodgy discount offers and after about four emails complaining was given a return address in China!! WTF!! Avoid at all cost - this is a fraudulent company, clearly and I will see what I can do to report them to relevant authorities.

Echo all of the other comments. i wouldn't buy through an Insta lead in future.
Low grade, bad fitting top. Takes ages to come from China and nothing about it is good.
Link to the shop was a blocked infected site.

Delivery took 23 days. 2 shirts advertised as the same apart from colours. Buttons missing from one. Tab on sleeves missing.both different styles. Very poor quality material. Sizes no compatible with UK. At the risk of boring everyone AVOID AVOID AVOID. Relentless emails no refund.photographic evidence all denide. So at your peril if you purchase.country needs a shake up. Being polite. BAZ

Don't even think about buying from these dishonest people, it's a scam. There's no London shop, they aren't in the UK, they make cheap synthetic rags in China. They probably think the tat they make is quite fashionable but it's all a front and not worth the one star I had to give.
If you do and you try to return, you'll never get a refund so don't bother.

If there was a no star rating I would have used it. Hindsight tells me I should have read the reviews before ordering. My first and last experience of drop shipping, the product described as Levi short sleeved shirt arrived today after 16 days of waiting. To say I was appalled is an understatement the colours are faded, the product does not match the product visual included on the website, it’s100% polyester, it does not match the uk standard medium size it’s massive and so thin. I could have brought this on a market stall for £5 rather that the £49 paid. So why not return it, because having read the reviews on here I can do without t the hassle experienced by others , I will donate the shirt to the charity cloths box and learn my lesson. If I could give less than one star I would.

The shirts took ages to come, were really cheap quality and looked nothing like the advert. The name Sara-London is another attempt to mislead, there is no connection at all with London - this comes straight from China. They even had the cheek to use the name Levi in the ad.

Returning goods for a refund is a nightmare, I wasted more money posting to China only to find that the goods are still held in customs, despite having filled out all the correct forms.

Beware - this company sells bad quality clothing at inflated prices. They make it almost impossible to return anything & do not give refunds.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY ARE CROOKS

Do not buy anything from this company - they are not based in London - they are based in China.
The clothing is cheap rubbish - complete tat & they make returns as difficult as possible.

Misleading description. Very poor quality. Dreadful company to deal with. It has taken me 8 attempts to obtain an address to return the shirt purchased only to find out that it is in mainland china. It is not worth the risk of an additional outlay in the hope of receiving a refund. My recommendation is to steer well clear of this company.

This company is a scam from start to finish. They advertise being in London when in fact they are based in China! I ordered 2 x shirts for my husband different sizes. They were totally not as advertised, it was cheap, chatty quality and probably cost £1 each to make. I have sent them back 6 weeks ago and they are refusing to pay back my money. They are scamming us brits. I am taking legal action now. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHINA AGAIN! DISGUSTING!!!!
